The whole staff was extremely welcoming and professional! My trip was super quick and I was able to get my issue solved! They open a lot earlier than the urgent care by my house but the experience was so positive, that if I need urgent care in the future I'll drive over to this one! Stay away! Terrible place! I had pre-registered and still waited over an hour! I asked how much longer until I would be seen and was told it would be another 90 minutes, at least! What's the point of pre-registering and being told to come in right away? They took my $100 when I arrived and never said one word about the wait time! I told them I was leaving and wanted my money back. I haven't received my refund yet and am filing a fraud charge against them with my bank. I ended up going to the hospital emergency department for treatment and was seen immediately! Stay away from this place! They will take your money and not treat you! TRAIN WRECK! read more

I had been experiencing steady hearing loss, some of which I attributed to a recent cold and sinus issues. A few days ago I purchased one of those over the counter ear wax removal kits, and attempted to remedy the problem myself. By yesterday morning my hearing loss had become so dramatic I literally couldn't hear the water running when I was in the shower. I managed to get through a day of work, (apologizing to everyone I came in contact with for my inability to hear them), but knew I had better see a physician. This morning I drove over to the Doctor's Urgent Care facility on Aero Drive in Mason. I arrived (and signed-in) at 9:40. The young lady who greeted me was friendly, took my insurance information, and gave me a few pages to fill out regarding my medical history. She had conveniently highlighted the sections I needed to complete, and it only took me about 2 minutes (at most) to finish. As I was signing off on the last page, she said said "We're ready for you, . . . right this way." The same woman who had done my intake performed a series of preliminary tests, (weight, resting blood pressure, temperature, etc.), and asked a few follow-up questions regarding any other health issues I might be having. She finished gathering my vitals, set-up what she referred to as an "ear kit" and a few minutes later the physician, Dr. Grubb joined us. Dr Grubb was great. After examining my ears, he explained what was most likely causing my hearing loss (typical wax buid-up in the ear canal) but did not rule out the possibility of an inner ear infection as a result of my recent cold. He then discussed the two ways he was going to try to remedy the situation. The first involved simply getting in there with a probe and removing the wax, but also pointed out that it might be necessary to use irrigation. He also assured me that he couldn't recall the last time he had to refer someone like myself to an ear, eyes and throat specialist. I liked his determination, for I really wanted to get this fixed TODAY. As it turns out, he needed to use both techniques before he was finally able to remove the wax that had built up in each ear. Yes, there were a few instances where the procedure was uncomfortable to say the least . . . even painful at times, but I was determined that I was going to stick it out until I could hear again. One of his assistant's performed the bulk of the irrigation procedure . . . I don't recall her name, but she was great as well. Both kept me in the loop as to what was going on, their results (or lack of) and were always asking me how I was feeling, monitoring my comfort etc. When Dr Grubb finally removed the blockage from my left ear I was estatic. I could immediately hear the difference. The right ear was even more difficult to open up, but Dr. Grubb persisted and managed to clear that ear as well. The entire vist took roughly an hour and ten minutes from the time I signed-in, until the time I was "discharged" with aftercare instructions. I can't tell you how thrilled I am to be able to hear again, (and how shocked I was when I got back in my car and discovered just how loud I had the radio turned up, lol). My overall experience with this facility was fantastic. From my reception, to the procedure itself, to the explanation of the aftercare; all top-notch. I won't hesitate to go back the next time I find myself needing to see a physician. Thanks again for giving me back my hearing Doc. read more

Found this place while visiting Great Wolf Lodge. It's maybe 5 minutes from the resort. Daughter started running a fever & feeling bad one evening, which is not like her. Took her here the next morning & was seen very quickly. The doc quickly saw she had an inner ear infection and we were able to get an antibiotic from them and be on our way. They were great with my daughter, she's 5, and I would highly recommend going here for a quick visit especially if you're from out of town and not familiar with the area! read more

My primary physician could not get me in for pre-surgery testing. This place was close to home so called and they said they could get blood work back next day which was a Friday, surgery was scheduled for Wednesday. Waited almost 1.5 hours with no other patients I could see. Very unorganized, kept asking me what I needed even after I gave them the orders and just felt like I was a bother. The doctor was creepy and very odd, never felt comfortable with him at all. I would not recommend this place if you have any other options. Finally faxed blood results to surgeon on Monday morning after I had to call them 3 times over 4 days and still couldn't find them right away. read more

Awful. I went in with obvious sinus infection symptoms. They told me I didn't have strep and sent me home. They called me 2 days later to see how I was feeling. I explained I was worse. They did nothing. I called a week later STILL SICK. They wanted me to come back in to be reevaluated. So now I've been sick for 9 days (including over the Christmas holiday). I have to call off work tomorrow just so I can go into the drs again. No, I will not give them a 2nd try to do what they should've done the first time. I will go somewhere else. read more

I went to the Doctors Urgent Care in Mason, Ohio today after my doctors office said they could not see me until Monday. They suggested I go to Urgent Care and I still kept my appointment for Monday...THANK GOD!! My experience at this urgent care on Aero Road was awful; the doctor was rude, condescending, and extremely sarcastic!! When you are sick and experiencing pain on a level 8 out of 10...this is the last thing you need! I knew what was wrong; unfortunately I experienced the same symptoms 1 year ago; I let them go too far until I was taken to the ER when I passed out at work from the pain which mimicked a heart attack. I know my body and I KNOW ALL TO WELL THE SYMPTOMS I AM EXPERIENCING. This doctor could have cared less and berated and belittled me. The only positive was he wrote me a prescription for what I needed until I can see my doctor Monday. It took at least 20-30 minutes to get my prescription only to have my pharmacy say, "We need to call the doctor who wrote this prescription because he wrote the instructions for taking it incorrectly." Thank goodness my Pharmacy was looking out for me. If I ever go back to this Urgent Care, I will ask who the doctor on call is. If it is the doctor who saw me today....I will find another Urgent Care even if it is inconvenient. There is no excuse for doctors to treat patients the way I was treated today. Am I overreacting? No! My sister went with me because I could not drive myself. I had her come back with me and she was appalled by this doctor and how unprofessional he was. Very, very disappointed and untrusting of his so called medical professional. read more

I went to Doctors' Urgent Care on Aero Dr. in Mason Ohio for a physical. My advice is NEVER go there. I saw Dr. Watson for my physical and I was uncomfortable alone in the room with him in seconds. I was wearing a tank top and his eyes hardly ever came up from my chest. When it was time for him to listen to my heart he asked me to take off my shirt. Not once has a doctor ever asked my to take off my shirt to listen to my heart. I told him I was not going to be taking off my shirt because it was low enough in the back. As he continued to listen to my heart, he moved his stethoscope and hand down my shirt, too much into my breast for comfort. However, he doesn't stop there. When it was time for him to check my stomach I was okay with unbuckling my belt since I was wearing high wasted jeans but he took it too far when he unzipped my pants and put his hand down my pants and under my underwear. Not once in my life have I ever had a doctor do that to me. Checking that low on a girl for a physical is not needed if no pain or discomfort was noted. My advice is to NEVER go to this urgent care because they have a creep and a pervert working for them. I have never felt so uncomfortable and violated at the doctors. read more

Great place to go if you've got a day of nothing to do. Otherwise, if you have a life, don't go here. I walked in at about 12:45am didn't get taken back until 1:40pm and now it's 2:00pm and I'm still waiting to see the doctor. read more
