I cannot say enough good things about this company. From initial contact, through estimate, through planning and design, through construction and clean-up everything went absolutely smoothly. Many years ago my husband and I built our own pond. It was cute but amateurish. Three years ago we hired a contractor to remodel it professionally. Although they came recommended to us by a person we trusted, it turned out they didn't know what they were doing plus, they used cheap products. This spring the pond self-destructed. A small leak turned into a major one and the pond would empty itself overnight. We did some research and contacted Premier Ponds. They are reliable and knowledgeable but also extremely creative. We originally had a landscaping company install a water feature in our back yard. BIG MISTAKE. Steve and Mike designed a great replacement and the Premier Ponds team installed a truly professional pond less water feature with three waterfalls. We have been extremely satisfied with the work done by Premier Ponds. We really enjoy the soothing sound and beautiful appearance of the water feature. While sitting and relaxing or having a meal on our patio, we get a lot more out of our backyard. Even just listening or watching through our windows is great. We used Premier Ponds for the first time yesterday to clean our 2 ponds. They were very easy to work with virtually to get an estimate and their lead came out a week in advance to see the ponds prior to performing the work. The day of they showed up ready to go and spent the day (and into the evening) working on the ponds. At the end, one of the small fountains that had previously toppled over (prior to the cleaning) wasn't throwing off water and they stayed longer to get it to work - including one of the workers donning goggles and 'snorkeling' beneath the surface to get a better view in order to reset it. Very pleased overall and will definitely use them again. read more

ARTISTRY: Came home to our completed projects earlier today: a natural stone wall around a grouping of trees AND a beautiful stream (including two waterfalls) alongside our entryway. When I spoke to Mike last week, he said he was looking forward to "blowing us away" with these projects. Steve, the owner, is a down to earth and really nice guy who jumped in to help me with a pond that had gotten out of control. He sent a crew over - professional, nice, expedient, informative - and they got me fixed up quickly. The fish have been doing great! Today I encountered another pond emergency - my filter had been spitting water out and the pond was almost empty. The guys at Premier responded immediately and helped me solve my problem over the phone. Great folks, very reasonably priced and came recommended to me by another professional pond company who couldn't fit me in when I'd called them. (Speaks volumes that other pros recommend them.) WOW WOW WOW-- Our pond was 18 years old and needed much--Andrew, Mike, Steve, Nick & Jason created an entirely new pond transforming our backyard. Gorgeous is not a strong enough word...they created a beautiful retreat totally exceeding our expectations. I am an artist and pretty picky...well-- with the owners having background in architecture & engineering, I met my matches. It was wonderful to sit back and watch them create natural beauty with such skill at design and meticulous construction. Every stone was placed with tremendous thought and innate artistry--and the overall design knocked my socks off. A bonus: They thoughtfully replanted every bush that was pulled up, power washed our patio & driveway upon job completion and every thought I interjected was answered with, "You let us know what you need and we'll do it..." What a dream process--if you want lasting beauty in your yard, these guys are the ones to call. Called for help with a simple repair and got the usual Aquascape company line and hard sell about how out dated my bottom drain, bead filter pond was (it has been great for 20 years). The owner, Steve, while trying hard to seem to be acting in my best interests, cited misinformation about his experience and the purported superior quality of the Aquascape system he sells. As the name suggests, Premier Ponds does excellent work. We had them install a pond with waterfall for us about 3 years ago, the work was exciting to observe - with Mike and Andrew leading the way with a crew of 4 or 5 helpers. As an architect by training, Mike is very creative, and he was able to interpret what my wife wanted. We also have Andrew and his crew clean the pond once or twice per year, and it is totally clean when they finish. They pump the water into a temporary holding tank, along with the fish, and then put the water and fish back after the cleaning is done. The services aren't cheap, but you get what you pay for. read more

We were interested in putting in a water feature in our present house, but had issues with one at another location so we were very hesitant. During a visit to Sun Nursery, we noticed a lovely little burbling stream and asked about the creators. The Sun people highly recommended Premier Ponds. Our entire experience with them has been excellent. They designed and installed a 70 foot stream with numerous little waterfalls ending at a shallow pond with a small basalt fountain. We cannot imagine a better outcome for our imagined plan. The stream is lovely and natural looking and the sound of the flowing water and fountain is magical. This is a team of experienced professionals who take great pride in what they do and it shows. Since they've been maintaining our pond the fish are healthier than ever and we can actually enjoy watching them - the water is crystal clear.
