Ben and Kandace are very sweet and caring! My pool was supposed to be resurfaced in the ecofinish...but it wasn't in good condition once we got into it. So, Ben and his team went to work and found me other solutions! We refinished it with plaster and it is beautiful! From Mike, to Tyler, to Ray, all of the guys have been amazing to work with! I would not recommend this company. Overpriced services, used too many chemicals to charge us the max prices. Management was deceptive in knowledge of services, pool was often unclean after so called cleaning. Staff was very unreliable, coming out at inappropriate times without announcing themselves, leaving hose in pool running for 3 days straight. My water bill was so high. These people are very unprofessional, should be shut down. Never got chemicals right, and never cleaned the pool. Horrible experience. Beware. read more

Premier Pool Service was hired to clean the pool. And this is what we got from their GREEN TO CLEAN service. But look at what we got from Brasseaux's Clean & Clear Pool Services GREEN TO CLEAN service. Same service, same price. You pick who you would go to. Check out the pictures you will see who is telling the truth. Premier Pool Service Lafayette was hired to CLEAN my daughter's pool, Per your own quote it includes removal of all debris, includes the chemicals needed to sanitize and balance pool which was not possible in the condition it was left in, and 5-10 business days potential tech time to complete the cleaning, which they only did 1 day of work and left all of the debris in the yard on tarps and in buckets for us to dispose of, but I didn't say shit about that. NOTHING was done except the debris removal which we actually had to haul that off ourselves. As shown on the final invoice( and I do have the emails to prove that too) we did a final walk around on April 30th and both my daughter and I expressed concerns that the pool had not been cleaned. It was left full of algae and sediment on the walls and bottom. Yes the same algae bloom that Kandace talks about, but because it was NEVER cleaned in the first place. It was not a new algae bloom it was the one that they left us with. Kandace the owner's wife dismissed all of our concerns and tried to say it was stained because it was never cleaned in 4 years (which she also knows damn well is a lie, because of our numerous shared pics of all the pool parties that we have had over the past 4 years and yet she continues to share her lies by posting 1 satellite pic for each year but doesn't acknowledge the fact that there is a cover over the pool for half of her pics.) And when her attempts to sell us more that wasn't needed or wanted she proceeded to tell us about resurfacing the pool and when that wasn't going to happen she then told my daughter to get a $700 dolphin and her own chemicals. Well when neither of those worked as she knew wouldn't then she kept refusing all of our attempts for them to either clean the pool as they were paid to do or communicate with us to come to an amicable conclusion. She refused all of these, so because she refused all communication with us then I was left with no other choice but to resort to social media. This has been the most unprofessional behavior that I have ever encountered from any business owner or business in my entire life. And Kandace you were NEVER hired to maintain the pool, just to clean it and y'all were incapable of even doing that. You will lie to cover your _ss any way you can. Kandace even resorted to posting my daughter's personal information on social media which she is under criminal investigation, yes I said under criminal investigation, because of your post and has been given a warning from the authorities to take it down. She's trying to say that my daughter gave her a bad check which is not completely true, because my daughter inadvertently wrote her final payment for their services from the wrong checkbook. She has a business and a personal and they were both from the same bank and when she realized, the mistake was corrected, even though they still refused to finished the job they were hired for. Which she knows damn well it was an honest mistake but Kandace is trying to defame my daughter by accusing her of writing fraudulent checks which is the furthest from the truth. Is this really the kind of service you would want to deal with. Just watch the video to the end you will see how they left the pool grimy, the hot tub is the only thing that was cleaned. The photo taken on July 15th is how the pool should have looked if Premier had done it right. Same services, same price. Tell me who would you go with? Kandace you are lier and a cheat and nothing is going to change that. Your behavior here is just further proof that you will lie, cheat and do anything that you can to get out of doing the actual job that you quoted for and got paid for and repeatedly refused to do.
