They have to buzz each shopper in and so they apparently believed that the three Black folks (us) had come to work as doormen versus shoppers. Not only did the staff not say a simple thank you to my man, but neither did the customer on the scooter. As I recall the room, there was a free staff member who could have grabbed the door for his customer.
