Store credit is available but at this point I was more heartbroken that the quality of these jewelry is not 10/10. My fault for not double checking, but I really did trust the saleswoman/store to provide the best quality & transparency at the end of the day. In reality it's assembled by someone else and they just logo it, but just that light blue color with the logo makes you feel classy! I particularly like this branch of their stores. It's large enough to have most everything, but avoids the department store feel of the main store in Manhattan. The people watching here just can't be beat: think of an old money Vanderbilt shopping next to a new money Trump, and you get the idea. The staff is remarkably helpful and attentive. While I was there I witnessed one or two enormously pushy customers pushing the limit, but politeness and calm voices always come from the staff here. My first visit, the salesperson actually showed me a $30,000 watch that Liberace would have loved. I had to scale back his commission expectations drastically. My only real gripe is the parking situation. The best idea for getting to and from Worth Avenue is to Uber/Lyft it, and avoid parking hassles.
