Incredibly rude person who wouldn't listen to a word I had to say and always got the rent appraisals wrong usually way to low and would not allow owners to raise rents even if way below market value. Also never did any inspections and never found any of the problems that were occurring, I would make a trip down from Seattle where I live and be shocked at all of the things wrong that needed attention and should have been discovered a long time ago but weren't. I heard from maintenance people that worked for her and from real estate agents that she had a huge number of property owner clients that quit and went elsewhere. She passed away in January 2025 however I don't believe the current business is any better. If you are a property owner looking to rent out a building of some sort I recommend Home Sweet Home property management on Simpson which does what I would consider a pretty good job. If you haven't bought a building yet and planning on getting into rentals think twice, it is not very profitable and the Democratic Party along with other left wing groups are making owning a rental property nearly impossible, best stay with the stock market and save yourself a great deal of trouble.

The experience is unanimous with the seller, the agent, the buyer, our doc dept, funding dept and me!! Kelsey never once apologized, always made excuses and SHOWED all of us, through her responses and actions, that she simply DOES NOT care about customer experience and timely closings. Two Examples of their delays: 1) They didn't want to "pay extra" for the Notary to scan the "sellers" package before the notary sent the signed documents back to them UPS (It was a Remote Signing)...and the package took 3 days to get back to escrow. Yep, they signed the seller the day after our buyer signed....The Notary didn't even send the package until the afternoon of the next day, almost 24 hrs after the seller signed. No sense of urgency whatsoever........ 2) The day they received the docs, they held the recording until we, the lender, sent an additional wire for $36 because their choices caused the delays

Called to complain since it was the rep from Prop Mgt whose son was the renter. Trash, dog poop, noise, illegal burning of trash, domestic violence incidents, etc. Both City of Westport and County Sheriff have made numerous contacts over this past year at this residence.....and no one from Property Management took action. Now the renters have been long gone and the place is literally falling in. The rodents have taken over and our entire neighborhood is upset. Our next step to get this shack condemned will be with the City of Westport or the County Commissioners.
