They service what they sell too. The only reason they didn't get 5 Stars is that they won't deliver on a Saturday and that makes it harder when you need the equipment delivered for your second home. Other than that a terrific place to buy and service your power equipment.

I had a situation where I had to get my well disinfected and retested from out of town. They were always helpful, courteous and professional but not only that, they really went above and beyond. Todd went as far as calling the village of Kronenwetter to get me an extension for our well permit as we could not disinfect the well in the winter. Also after Eric retested the well, he even dropped off the test results to the village of Kronenwetter. I can't say enough good things about them! I give them an A+++ on service. I bought a used snow blower from him for $250 and in quit running during the first use. Took it back to show him. He had no problem looking at it he rebuilt the carburetor which got it to run fine while there. He charged me $50 and I took it home to finish the job it quit running again. I called him and his answer was that's a risk you have to take when buying used. This man is a small engine mechanic I trusted him when purchasing a working snow blower that did not work for more than a little bit after purchasing it. And once I tried talking to him about it he just said its "as is" so I gotta just deal with it. Complete asshole do not go here.
