They also have fence products but those seemed a tad high, but if you need a hen house go here first. I'm not sure but they seem more geared to the pros, the retail store itself is small with a huge back area, lot, and the hours are shorter than most retail outfits - they close at 4:30 pm during the week, 1PM on saturday, and are closed all day Sunday.

I am price-conscious, and Melissa was patient in running multiple quote scenarios from maintenance repair and upgrading different motors. Melissa kept me updated on when I would get the quote, as she needed to get in touch with her Engineers to provide an accurate quote. Not once did I feel like they forgot about me. Bobby was super excellent, too; the day before the install, he confirmed what would happen during the install and what I was getting. Later that night, I changed my mind and wanted to upgrade the motor model and called Bobby after hours. I felt terrible, as it was after hours. He was with his family/kids at home. He was so patient to walk me through what additional features I would get with the new motor and sent me a new quote as we were speaking. Finally, Jose and Robert did a great install. First, I got a text message on the day of the installation where I could track them coming to my house with a time of arrival. They explained how a garage door system works as I was curious and asked specific questions on where I wanted the buttons and things like that to make sure it was installed how I wanted it. They walked me through what they would be doing for the installation. The work was clean and professional. All the wires twist-tied, hidden and tucked where able. No grease, nuts/bolts, or trash left in my garage. They helped with all the programming and walked me through the features of the new motor. Going on 1+ months now, everything is working great, and the garage motor is very quiet and smooth. I highly recommend Shamrock Overhead Doors, only positive things to say. I am signing up for their maintenance plan!

One Star: EXPENSIVE AND INFLEXIBLE…read more I hired Mr. Handyman (Mr. Handyman of Central - Eastern Norfolk County & S.Shore) to install an awning cover on an existing frame at my home for the summer months. Two workers came to do the installation. Although they both worked hard at the task, neither had done such a job before, restarting the job twice and calling a local awning company for advice. Due to their inexperience and a rising wind, the workers had to leave with the work undone. The second day one of the workers returned and finished the task. A total of about 7 man hours of labor were expended to do the work that in prior years was accomplished in 3 to 4 man hours. The owner of the franchise was unwilling to negotiate the cost of the work. I paid for on-the-job training as well as for the actual installation. The cost to install the awning was roughly FIVE times the cost as for previous years. I'll will never I hire this company again.

If you buy from here, make sure you know everything you need before you agree to buy!

I had Ace come to my home a couple of months ago to re-key two doorknobs. After they left, one of…read morethe doorknobs would catch occasionally and not open even though it wasn't locked. I lived with it for a while as it would open after jiggling it a little. Recently, it got worse, so I called Ace to come and look at it. When the tech got here, he said they "don't fix that" but he could replace it the doorknob. He was here for maybe a half hour total and installed a new $40 doorknob. I was charged $307 dollars. Apparently, I was charged $90 just for the guy to drive here and $175/hr (one our minimum). I found this to be absolutely outrageous, especially given the fact that I didn't have a problem until Ace re-keyed my locks. I will never use them again and I strongly suggest that you don't either. It's no wonder people can't afford to live when business screw people like this. Disgusting.
