Full service means that not only do we submit insurance claims, but we also follow up with the patients and insurance companies until the full revenue is realized.
At Premier Surgical Billing, we visually inspect every claim before it is submitted electronically. We double check to make sure that the codes used for the reported procedures are accurate. We compare operative notes against the Superbill to make sure that any procedures that were done did not go unreported. We check to see if required modifiers have been inadvertently omitted, and apply them as needed.
We also will train, for free, your check-in, check-out, and scheduling personnel in proper patient registration procedures. Your revenue cycle starts there!
