History

Established in 2009.

Premier Technical Services started life as Innovative Data Developers or IDD Computers in the 1980s. After several different locations IDD settled in it's current home in 2003. As well as changes of location, IDD underwent several changes of ownership. With the last change of owner also came a change in name to Premier Technical Services to better reflect what we do and how we do it. Since 2009 we have provided the highest quality service in computer repair and networking and look forward to continuing to do so in the future.

Meet the Business Owner: Patrick J.

Born in Weirton and raised in Steubenville, Patrick always had an interest in computers, first learning on TI-99s, Tandys, and PS/2s. After many years with a large retailer selling and supporting computers he decided to take the next step and make one of his hobbies his career. After Microsoft, Cisco, and A+ coursework and certifications, he began working at IDD in 2006. After several years he had the opportunity to buy the business and jumped at the chance. Owning a small computer/IT business had been a "lottery fantasy" of his for a while. He now has the business but without the lottery money he has to work a lot harder than he fantasized about!
