I wish more things would be as easy as working with Premier Tint Pros. It was super easy to book an appointment online and there's text message confirmation and reminders with a link to your appointment that can be modified if need be. Heard and read all the reviews across the web on this place, and it lives up to its billing. Easy to find location and conveniently located next to Fox Valley Mall in Aurora. I was able to see what different things would look like on real cars, and service was friendly. My sedan took a smidge over two hours just as was communicated with me. I wish I had got my car windows tinted sooner. It's professional quality service and material. The tint really does an effective job of blocking so much of the light from the sun and everyone's ridiculous headlights. I don't even need to flip my mirror down anymore at night! read more

I initially scheduled an online appointment at Premier Tint Pros for window tinting, I arrived on my scheduled day/time and was greeted promptly. While there I inquired about the pointless dent repair and received an estimate well below a local dealer's price. The tint came out fantastic and matches the rear windows exactly. I later returned for the dent repair service of 6 dents, when I picked up my vehicle, way ahead of the expected time, all of the dents had been fixed. I couldn't even tell where they had been! Actually found out about Premier Tint Pros on social media from another person who posted pics of their car, pricing and how satisfied he was of the job Premier Tint Pro's did on his brand new Tesla Model 3 at the Oswego location. I was actually surprised how affordable their Llumar CTX Ceramic (top of the line) window tint was for the whole car (4 windows and rear). They also offer 10% off their website posted rates and a Lifetime Warranty, so I decided to at least call and inquire. I called the following day into the Aurora store to inquire and the gentleman I spoke to was polite, answered all my questions and set me up with an appointment for the following day. He gave me a choice of the Oswego or Aurora location, both have some seasoned techs doing the work. I chose the Aurora location simply due to convenience. I walked in and was met by Gilbert Ramirez, the shop manger, who was very courteous and took the time to explain my options as to what percent tint I wanted on my vehicle. I ended up choosing 20% on all windows in the Llumar CTX Ceramic. My installer was Matias, who was excellent & I highly recommend. He worked quickly but with exacting precision. All in all my car was done in roughly 2 hours. Gilbert explained about some normal things one can see as the film "cures" as to bubbles, etc. & not rolling the windows down for 2-3 days to let everything set up. All in all, my windows look like they're stock, have already received multiple compliments and I love having a little more privacy at stop lights & when driving around town. I experienced nothing of the possible side effects. No bubbles or haze. I actually kept the windows up for 5 days and also let the car sit in the sun all day as much as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend Premier Tint Pro's if you're looking for affordable; yet top notch technician installs on window tint or protective film for your car. I work in marketing so I know when a company "gets" it in terms of customer service. They're not quick to pass judgement, provide great communication, service and they give you the best experience that they can. This is one of those companies. 2nd time around getting tints from them and they look great. They respect my cars and you can tell they care about not leaving a mess after the fact. I even asked for them not to wash it through a car wash as it can create scratches and they said they weren't going to do it anyway due to the black paint. They were actually 1 step ahead of me on that. Anyway, it's easily the best tinting shop in the Chicagoland area, get at it! read more

Started off great with getting appointment set up. Brought my car in the day of my appointment to be told they cancelled it. They took down the wrong phone #, and called the wrong # allegedly the day of my appointment and cancelled it. I show up to be told sorry, would you like to reschedule? Ummm no, how about confirm the correct phone # on file. I called back and left a couple of voicemails expressing my frustrations and never heard back. I took a day off work to have this done and didn't even get a call back to apologize. I'm ok with spending a little more money on a company who cares to have my business. Did a good job on tints but it's very sad their employee( the front desk kid with a green truck) smoked some of medical cannabis while my vehicle was being serviced.
