She said well he did run his magnet over your driveway, There's NO possible way he did with all the nails that were left and we also have 3 cameras that face our driveway 1 points straight down it one across it and the other the front and the only time it picked anyone up was when he was here picking up the big mess! She did tell me they would be here the next morning between 7-8 am I am still waiting for them but when I called her to ask if there was an eta she blew up on me, was Cussing me out and Hung up on me, Again this was all caught on camera, when I told her I am leaving a review. I called them and they were able to send Oscar out right away. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.

Working with Chip Stavaru of Stavaru Window Renovations to restore my windows was one of the best…read moredecisions I have ever made. My house is 22 years old and the original wood windows had seen better days. I received several quotes to replace the windows, and the estimates were coming in around $60k-$70k. Based on these numbers, I decided to table the project and I started to look for a service that could 'tune up' my windows in the interim while I figured out a long-term strategy. I met with Chip and found him to be very knowledgeable, and he explained how he would update my windows at a fraction of what it would cost to replace them. He advised that the quality of the wood windows I had was far superior to the windows that are made today, and that he would be able to restore them and make them perform and look as good as new. And, if I had any rotted wood, he would be able to fabricate a replacement piece on site. I was quite impressed with Chip and decided to move forward. The process that Chip uses is amazing, and it was clear to me early on that he is a true craftsman. It goes something like this. He removes the window, removes the hardware from the window, sands the wood down to bare wood, stains the window to match the original wood stain (nailed the color the first time) and applies a sealer to window. While the window is drying, the window frame is then sanded as needed and is also stained and sealed. A second coat of sealer is then applied to the window followed by a bead of caulk. The hardware is re-installed and the window is put back in place and the window is now done. This process is then repeated for all of the windows. I have over 60 windows, the majority of which are casement windows. For the handful of transoms and half-round windows that do not open, they were restored 'in place'. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work that Chip did, and I would not hesitate to work with him again. The windows look fantastic, and his work exceeded my expectations. He was very methodical and efficient in his approach, took wonderful care of our house, cleaned up as he worked from room to room, showed up promptly every day and was very courteous and friendly. The entire job was completed in one week. If you think that it is time to replace your wood windows, I highly recommend that you give Chip a call. You won't be disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have windows installed in 2022 this company says they back their installation for 5 years and I'm also supposed to have a lifetime warranty on the product itself. Patio door window started leaking 11 days ago when we got the crazy rain. Reached out to James who is the owner of the company. He tells me he is going to come out and he never shows up, texts, calls. My last two messages to him have gone completely un-answered. I had a private contractor come out just to look and this was their findings: The nailing flange around the door and transom window they did not install flashing tape around the window or door. Also the j channel isn't caulked around the window or door preventing water from getting behind the siding. Also missing caulk or cracked along upper transom window. Then the trim that connects the transom to the door isn't sealed in left edge. For them to fix it they want $400. To me with those findings it is an install issue and since James won't even have the courtesy to come out, he doesn't care about the people who have already PAID a bunch of money for windows and doors. I will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and if I have to pay another person to fix their work, I will take them to small claims court. You spend $7,000 on windows and you don't expect to have to deal with this 2 years after they are installed. Extremely disappointed and disgusted on how this small business operates.
