She agreed to the $10 and we finished up to documents. Good value as long as you get the $10/signature price. (About a 5 min drive ;-) ) I needed to get a document notarized and did not wish to run to the UPS store...which is, not only a bit further, but more expensive as well. I gave her a call and asked her a few basic questions...cost, location, type of document etc. She told me to stop by, since she was free and didn't have any appointments....10 minutes later I was there...wallah! Document Notarized, stamped and good to go! Easy, painless and smooth transaction...Cheers! Vivian is a very nice lady, so helpful, polite and considerate. She even offered to photocopy my screwed up document so I could have a clean copy. Luckily I was able to send it via email, so didn't need to re-print it.
