The company charged me for several months and did not inform me I needed to pick a desk or I would need a key to use the facilities. I found out I needed that in July after I had already paid for June. I asked them to put my membership on hold until I could come in and pick a desk and get a key and they still charged me. They are all about money and not providing a great service experience or any experience at all. I talked with the owner about getting a key He said he would call me back but her never did. Check for a workspace elsewhere because they don't provide any real services and thy may not be a real company. I believe they are a shell company without any spaces available from my interactions with them. Either that or everything is already rented out and they can't provide me with a desk. I have rented and office before and I was informed of everything and I actually was able to use the office when I wanted. I now regret moving from where I was before and coming to this company so I could be closer to my home.

Every client I've brought here has been impressed by how nice this place is. It's definitely a great place to bring prospects and to close a deal. There's a range of other businesses here, which provides a great opportunity for networking. The building is not too full right now, but I enjoy the close knit community and being able to see and recognize faces. Don't get me started on the food.. On the daily, you can expect breakfast pastries, specialty coffee, and La Croix on hand. Also, basically every day there is a cute treat going on, whether it be omelettes, beer/wine/cocktails, charcuterie, crafts, holiday related items, or healthy (and delicious) snacks. You can tell that the managers Mikey and Dani really go the extra mile to brighten up our day (and fill our stomachs) to make the workplace a little less monotonous. They are sweet-hearted people who really care about their members and guests. Whether you're used to working from home or have an office elsewhere, I recommend giving this place a visit. The deposit was suppose to be returned 60 days after my last month so it should have been returned by March 4, 2025. I have been emailing her for about 2 weeks now asking her what's going on. She only replied once asking about my Zelle for the rerun and has not replied for over a week about what's going on with the return of my deposit and the additional charge (Feb 2025: that they weren't suppose to charge me). I emailed her multiple times confirming if everything was good regarding ending my contract and she confirmed and told me yes. If it's only less than $200 it's ok but you owe me $900.

The space was wide open, yet the front desk girl treated us like we were breaking rules, insisting I book a conference room and reading terms at me like I was trying to cheat the system. Even after I complied, we were watched like hawks and made to feel completely unwelcome. It was rigid, robotic, and the exact opposite of the flexibility and hospitality I've come to expect from WeWork. Won't be coming back to this one, and honestly considering getting rid of my membership. I will find a different place for my team and I to work.

The other thing I really like is that there is air conditioning 24/7. I work weekends and many offices turn off the air on the weekend. At that time, I mistakenly opened an account for this facility when I did not need to since they created an account for me. When I alerted them that I had two accounts, I spoke with the local manager. When she saw that the new mistaken account was at a monthly rent that was 3x higher, she said she couldn't do anything. So even though this was opened by mistake and there was no consideration for the account since they were not providing any additional service, they would not do anything nor would they give me the name of anyone at Regus to speak with. I sent them a notice of rescission - they ignored it and ignore my repeated requests to speak with a manager. I see below that other people had similar problems and am not surprised. In my opinion, these guys are rent collectors and don't care about the customers or doing what is right or ethical. Service here was lousy. High turnover. They were very slow to return emails or calls. I once sent over a UPS label to send my mail to me and they sat on it for over 2 days. If you were the slightest bit late in paying they threatened to withhold your mail. So I switched to Barrister and get great service.

I tried over and over to object informing the Regus team Long Beach was not what I signed up for. Regus informed me to wait and they will fix. I kept getting billed monthly without ever using the services. I asked to remove and Regus told me they couldn't. Because automatic contract renewal. I'm trying to work this out but Regus is not budging and locking me in for a year even though I am not using their services and capitalizing on a "automatic" renew contract. Stay away from Regus. Regus is a scam that locks you in.
