Perks -- free coffee, chill but professional people, natural light, amazing views (especially at sunset), great central Downtown location, several conference room hours included with all monthly plans (and if there's no one renting it, they'll occasional let you use it for free -- ex: for a phone call/video conference). I started with them and I have not been able to pick out a desk or use the office once. I started with them on June of 2019. The company charged me for several months and did not inform me I needed to pick a desk or I would need a key to use the facilities. I found out I needed that in July after I had already paid for June. I asked them to put my membership on hold until I could come in and pick a desk and get a key and they still charged me. They are all about money and not providing a great service experience or any experience at all. I talked with the owner about getting a key He said he would call me back but her never did. Check for a workspace elsewhere because they don't provide any real services and thy may not be a real company. I believe they are a shell company without any spaces available from my interactions with them. Either that or everything is already rented out and they can't provide me with a desk. I have rented and office before and I was informed of everything and I actually was able to use the office when I wanted. I now regret moving from where I was before and coming to this company so I could be closer to my home.

It's quiet and not distracting.. I can focus! This place has all the amenities of an effective office space so that you can focus on what's important-- running your business! Every client I've brought here has been impressed by how nice this place is. It's definitely a great place to bring prospects and to close a deal. There's a range of other businesses here, which provides a great opportunity for networking. The building is not too full right now, but I enjoy the close knit community and being able to see and recognize faces. Don't get me started on the food.. On the daily, you can expect breakfast pastries, specialty coffee, and La Croix on hand. Also, basically every day there is a cute treat going on, whether it be omelettes, beer/wine/cocktails, charcuterie, crafts, holiday related items, or healthy (and delicious) snacks. You can tell that the managers Mikey and Dani really go the extra mile to brighten up our day (and fill our stomachs) to make the workplace a little less monotonous. They are sweet-hearted people who really care about their members and guests. Whether you're used to working from home or have an office elsewhere, I recommend giving this place a visit. However, I was still charged for February 2025 even though I had emailed Dani multiple times confirming that January 2025 is my last month. The deposit was suppose to be returned 60 days after my last month so it should have been returned by March 4, 2025. I have been emailing her for about 2 weeks now asking her what's going on. She only replied once asking about my Zelle for the rerun and has not replied for over a week about what's going on with the return of my deposit and the additional charge (Feb 2025: that they weren't suppose to charge me). I emailed her multiple times confirming if everything was good regarding ending my contract and she confirmed and told me yes. If it's only less than $200 it's ok but you owe me $900.
