As a mom of two that has struggled post delivery with pain and discomfort I really needed help. I've already learned so much from Dr. Christine Klein. She is very informative and compassionate. I feel like she genuily cares about her patients and wants to help them. The office is very inviting and comfortable. Not your typical setting for PT. Dr. Klein really takes the time to get to know you and the root to your issues so she can help. She provides alot of educational material and wisdom. I would highly suggest her if you are someone that is struggling with perenial pain, pain with sex, tailbone pain, leaking with activity and more. Surgery is not the only solution.

I wanted to write this review for the staff. Everyone, from the Doctors, nurses, therapy, food delivery and housekeeping are absolutely amazing here. As a daughter of a parent going through rehab it is really scary when you have to leave your parent and hope they are given proper care. Well, I'm here to tell you that Solaris is an amazing facility. They take such good care of my mom and I couldn't be more pleased with the care she has received. She loves it so much that she said she is going to miss her second family there when she leaves. Thanks to all of you for everything you have done to make her stay so amazing.

Writing the wrong prescriptions, Failing to submit a plan of care to the home healthcare providers and it is impossible to reach anyone there. I was put on bed rest for a month and steady nutrition. I was hand fed because my hands were shaking so much I couldn't do it myself. Kindness, no judgement. Then the meds. It took several months to find the right medications for my needs. I got physiatric care with the same psych nurse weekly. Got P.T. from great therapy staff. All this took time. I couldn't go to the bathroom. I was afraid to transfer from my bed to the wheelchair. I was afraid of showering. I was afraid of the walker. I got over these obstacles with the kindness of the CNAs and nurses. Administration was helpful with questions, paperwork and insurance. I feel a sense of family here but I'm eager to go home!

They sent people to my house at 10:00 p.m. unannounced. I had to call the sheriff. They never asked questions of appropriateness, the staff even admitted this organization was very poorly run by management and it was very disorganized. I finally was forced to quit the care I was receiving, it got so bad. Do not go with this hospice. They Bragg because they are the only 5 star hospice in the state.....but definitely they are NOT. I gave them 1 star only because there was not an option for a zero star rating. State of Florida needs to review this hospice. This is my review. I am a Registered Nurse of 50 years and still am, have been a staff nurse, a team leader, a nurse manager and a Director of Nursing. I was complemented for my ability to give excellent care during this time. This is a very professional review of this organization. Sorry it could not be a 5 star but it is an honest review. This time as I write this over 1/2 hour.... In recent times at least the answering service would pick up and pretend to forward a message. My husband has been in dr Kaba s care for over a year and is scheduled for surgery In 2 weeks. No matter what office I call to get info and now to cancel the appointments I get automatic hold. I find this to be very unethical for a doctors office that deals with pain or any doctor for that matter. I now have to start from scratch looking for relief of pain for my husband . Their office never knows whats going on, you can call and never get to talk to the office. If you leave a message you never get a call back. I found if you fax that is the only way someone will get back to you. My insurance denied my injections and said for the office to send an appeal explaining exactly what the procedure would be. No one did anything, no one knew why my procedure was rejected even though they called and told me why. My last visit the doctor got the office manager involved to fix things. That was over six weeks ago and yet to hear back from them. I have since changed to a doctors office that is to be nice organized and answers their phones. I would not recommend them at all. Its sad because they used to be good.

I completed my program and subsequently broke my wrist and had to wait to begin the maintenance program. After a few months I completed wrist physical therapy and I called and spoke to Trina, to request to return for the maintenance side. I was told a request would be sent to my cardiologist for the "ok". Weeks went by and I never heard anything, so I called again, apparently during the staffs "lunch " time. Phone was answered by nurse Debbie and was greeted that they were at lunch and to please call back. If you're at lunch, why are you even answering the phone?? I was quite surprised by both unsatisfactory encounters. I did NOT call back, instead I joined the YMCA. For this reason, I would not recommending trying to do the maintenance program. Clearly they do not want you or are selective about who they allow to join the group.

It was hobbling so I thought it might be injured and took it to the hospital after hours. I called this morning to check on it and let them know that the parents and second colt were still in the neighborhood if it was healthy enough to reunite. They called me back shortly after and said it had a clean bill of health and asked me to stay near the family until they could bring it home. I'm happy to say that the family of 4 is back together an everyone at the facility was amazing. Great group of people serving a greater purpose!
