June, 2025, I had a knee replacement and had therapy at this location. I would highly recommend the therapists. Will, Chris and Dan are the most caring, professional and friendly people. The entire ambience in the room puts you at ease, even during some physical pain. They each showed compassion, patience with me and understanding while showing me how to get the most out of my recovery. But neither one were able to to resolve my plantar fasciitis. Ten years ago I ended up at Free Motion and Anthony was able to make my plantar fasciitis go away. This time my plantar fasciitis flared up after a 9 hr plane trip in October. I saw a podiatrist, then my MD, then an Orthopedic specialist that referred me to a physical therapist near his office. After several weeks of no real improvement I asked to again be sent to Free Motion as they cured my Plantar fasciitis 10 yrs ago. Once again seeing Anthony at Free Motion has worked their magic on my feet and with one more week to go I'm well on my way to finally being pain free again. Plantar fasciitis, don't waste your time & money on standard PT, head to Free Motion and walk free of pain again

The staff overall are great, but the plan of treatment…read moregiven to me was a clear attempt to bill my insurance as much as possible between both this office and the Duek Spine institute. The doctor was aware I had reached my out of pocket maximum. I just moved to this area, and I know I have a herniated disc, and the MRI done already to prove it. I have done physical therapy, I have done a lot of masseuse and chiropractic work, and I came in to this office SIMPLY to get an adjustment. I was not in agonizing pain, I wasn't seeking out this type of treatment, just wanted to get adjusted. I was required to do an initial consultation before getting adjusted, fine.... but then the doctor put me on an 8 week physical therapy regiment and gave me a referral to go get injections at Duek. Even the staff that was doing the physical therapy with me didn't really know what to do with me.... Long story short, Duek required me to have 3 visits another MRI, and X-Ray, all before telling me that to facility to get the injections is located else where and my out of network cost would be about $4000.00! I checked and they had billed my insurance a ton for all these visits and MRI etc... So I spent weeks between both of these offices and got NOTHING out of it! I never even got my back adjustment done! When I called back just now to cancel all further appointments and express my disappointment the woman on the phone didn't want to hear anything about it, kept cutting me off, then randomly said "I have another call coming in" and switched off the line! RUDE

I was terrified after total knee replacement and didn't know what to do and she was there every step of the way when I needed help and there's always been there to answer my question and I don't think I would've made it through without Dr Fowler and her team. I can't stress enough how great she is and how caring she was whenever I had a problem I'm doing 1000% better today because of her thank you so much Dr Fowler for everything you've done.
