After taking a look at their hours, I gave Marissa a phone call a little bit after her listed hours and she answered with such a friendly attitude and very willing to help. The event date was less than two weeks away and with her large inventory she was able to fulfill my entire request. From stanchions to wooden chairs and cocktail tables, Party On Texas had my event covered. I also rented and paid a service fee to have a 10x10 tent setup and staked down (thank goodness because it was super windy that day), as well as, a few orange cones and tables. What stood out to me was how they were willing to do a same day delivery and pickup without charging an abhorrent amount. I also appreciated how the delivery fee was less than a $100 and not some crazy amount which I've been quoted from other companies. I contacted premiere, as well as several other rental companies in Dallas (in between Austin and Shreveport) and companies in Dallas referred me back to premiere! My wife, who planned and designed our wedding, was stressed the day because delivery took forever. They called her event designer friend a b**ch, and did not deliver all we had rented and paid for. After spending thousands, my wife had to beg them for our rightful refund, and after receiving it, she was told not to do business with them again! It's disappointing because just when you think black businesses are doing better, they show you yet again why we are still behind. Be careful spending your money here.
