My biggest issue is the fact that the amenities we pay for aren't available AND/or in stable condition. It takes a very long time to get repairs taken care of. I still have repairs that need to be completed from my initial inspection upon moving in. If I would get reimbursed, I'd make the repairs, myself, because I am tired of waiting. I just know that wouldn't happen. However, I really appreciate Mr. Harvey, a maintenance man in the complex, for being available to assist me. The fitness area is not in stable condition for use, which is a huge concern for myself because that's an important amenity for me. I am still recovering from an injury because a machine didn't work properly. We pay for pest control, and honestly, I spray and handle pest control on my own because I have a child who is terrified of bugs and I don't ever see pest control come through. I am almost ALWAYS at home and I haven't seen a maintenance person or a pest control company come in my apartment and this is a monthly charge. I figured 90 days was enough time to give everyone enough time to handle everything, but unfortunately, I guess it's not. On the bright side, it's a fairly safe environment, the neighbors are friendly, convenient location, and I appreciate the small events they have for the community. I'd give a 8/10 IF these issues were solved in a timely manner. Right now, it's a 3/10. Hopefully, that can change, soon.

Now that I've moved out, they're trying to charge me for normal wear and tear on the carpet--something that happens naturally over time and should be expected by any reasonable landlord. It's frustrating to be penalized on the way out when the standard they set upon move-in was so low. If you're considering living here, be prepared for poor maintenance and questionable management practices.

Dishwasher does not clean properly. Had to have professional duct and vent cleaning due to cat smells and collected hair. Dismal, disgusting apartment complex which has little to no maintenance and the bare minimum maintenance. Vicious dogs. No quiet hours. Neighbors scream and fight on a regular basis between 11pm - 4 am. Neighbors with domestic disturbances on a weekly basis. Have called the cops on numerous occasions because there is not camera surveillance or dependable on-site security. Run, run away. Do not sign a lease. Based on my experience, residents will likely have to deal with her at some point, and that has been one of the most challenging parts of living here.

During the day of the walk through, we noticed a minor fixture on the door, and Mr.John, the maintenance guy didn't hesitate to fix it "JOHNNY ON THE SPOT"!!! This was already a great indication that the staff here on this property, truly care about their residents. What a great way to start our move in!!!!
