Temporary repairs haven't solved the problem, and no alternatives have been offered, such as moving to another unit. This has been especially difficult since my daughter has a disability and reliable air is essential for her comfort. My electric bill has also gone up due to the system running inefficiently. I truly hope management provides a permanent solution instead of temporary fixes.

This Is a Money Grab Property " I stayed there for 16 months yes I know the property seems attractive when the lease starts off at $1000 a month but the fees are roughly about $250 which equals 1250 single one bedroom apartment. They don't take an account of the environment or the people that live around you and they house anyone and I do mean anyone above you and around you unprofessional neighbors up all night more so like section 8 property . After my lease, was up , The leasing manager not the property manager, but the leasing manager does not properly explain all of your options. My rent went from 1250 to 1370 to 1900 on a one bedroom. They don't take deposits they deal with something called a Gatour so it's like you're paying a deposit but your money is nonrefundable when the lease is up You don't get anything. You find yourself still paying them after you've moved onto another property or house this month I had to pay them $330 and I'm already in a new lease with another property. I'll probably have to pay them another $330 next month because of miscellaneous charges this is a money grab don't let the cheap Rent fool you and please make sure you give them a 60 day notice two months before it's time to vacate. This is just my horrifying story about this property and if you notice, I stated the leasing manager not the property manager. The property manager is professional, nice and sweet, but she has people working under her that don't understand what they're doing or they just don't give a care it's not their money is yours DON'T MOVE HERE save yourself some trouble.

Roaches come through tiny cracks in floor corners, the bathroom ceiling vents, and even in the closets!! It is so uncomfortable knowing that no matter how much you call for pest control nothing seems to work. It's uncomfortable to have to wash everything you cook with before cooking because roaches have been found in the cabinets where you store your items. I can't wait until my lease is up! In our guest bathroom that we havent used in weeks HUMAN FECES!! Continues to CLOG our TUB & TOLIET WHICH REALLY is causing & raising health concerns, during this time there is also a leak coming from behind the wall and all maintenance have offered to do was to paint over the stain were literally breathing in poop and the smell is starting the linger in my unit which is beyond inhabitalt for me and my family we have literally had to stop using the main bathroom in the hall and only use the bathroom in our room.. i am beyond over this this place!!!. In addition to the plumbing, the mandatory internet service that the apartment provideds is inadequate so please dont be fooled when they tell you wifi is included within the lease and theres no way for you to opt out so your basically stuck paying $75 for some uknown generic service that does not work. In which Only provides approximately 2gb per unit which is also terrible how the hell would anybody work from home.. i have stressed this issue several times and they just put it off and tell you to contact the people that they have a contract with instead once again fixing the issue..
