Unfortunately, at night there are vehicles with people parked with loud noise and smoking. This is supposed to be a smoke free community. We were disappointed to see the filthiness of the pool area so we declined using it. There were dirty clothes, socks and cups in the bushes. The grill at the pool attracts so many people and the flies from the food that is cooked at the pool is atrocious. The loud music with inappropriate content played at the pool with glass liquor bottles makes me afraid that people will get out of hand. The rent here is not cheap that's why we signed a lease because we felt the prices would keep people who do not care about cleanliness and beautiful grounds out of the community. We understand that a shared community space requires cooperation from all residents, but stronger enforcement and oversight are clearly needed. We want be visiting the pool due to unsanitariness of the area. We are so disappointed and should have visited numerous times after hours before signing a lease.

My boyfriend and I chose this as our first apartment together post-grad after visiting six complexes and touring The Dylan three times. Unfortunately, our experience has been overshadowed by an ongoing AC issue. We moved in June 2026 and submitted our first maintenance request days later. Since then, we have reported the same issue repeatedly, sometimes 2-3 times per week. Maintenance responds, but the fixes have consistently been temporary. We were eventually given a brand-new indoor AC unit and thought the problem was finally resolved, but on August 12, it stopped working properly again. Their temporary solution is a portable AC unit that can realistically cool only one room. I have a ferret who is my emotional support animal and needs to remain below 77°F, so I have to choose between keeping the portable AC near her or using it to cool the room I am in. I should not be paying this much in rent to come home after work or spend my weekends sweating inside my apartment. The portable unit also significantly increases our electricity usage. When the central AC works properly, we use around 13 kWh per day. When relying on the portable unit, usage jumps into the high 20s and can approach 30 kWh. After more than two months of repeated requests, a portable AC is not a permanent solution. Had we known this would be our experience, we would never have signed our lease, and we will not be renewing. Please proceed with caution when considering this community.

I can honestly say that the current staff #Tristianandthegang are the absolute best! Since their arrival the property gates have consistently worked!! One car access at a time is key! The trash compactor has operated at the optimum level continuously. This is extremely important for a property this size. I can honestly say that I've rarely seen problems with the property and things not working properly on the property! On occasion if this happens the staff address the problems immediately. The amenities on the property are great! The indoor pool is heated which is nice in the cooler months. The fitness center is small but it has good equipment in the facility. Living here has been an ongoing disappointment due to several issues that should be addressed by…read moremanagement. Communication with the leasing office is very poor. Staff members are often unresponsive or have attitudes when approached. When they do answer, they're either out of breath or seem completely uninterested in helping. There are also hidden fees tacked onto the monthly rent beyond the expected base rent, water, pest control, and "valet trash". These unexpected charges make budgeting difficult and frustrating. The environment itself is far from peaceful. Young kids are constantly disturbing the peace-setting fires and making noise throughout the breezeways, which can be quite unsettling. Amenities that residents pay for are rarely operational. Whether it's the gym, the indoor or outdoor pool, the bowling alley (which has been down for MONTHS) or other facilities, it seems like nothing is ever fully functional. The gate is a prime example- it is broken more often than not and when it does work, it does not stay that way for long. Another eyesore is the trash compost area at the front of the community. It overflows at least twice a month, creating an unsanitary and unpleasant environment. Landscaping is another area where the community falls short. While there is lawn service once a week, the flowers are often dead and never replaced or repotted. The breezeways to the residential doors are also very dirty. No cleaning from the property has been done in a very long time. For the amount of money being paid here, you can find a much nicer, up-to-date unit in a well-managed community. If you're considering moving here, I'd highly recommend exploring other options.

The property is brand new and all the amenities are top tier. The staff is great from the property manager Tangela is so personable as well as the assistant property manager Taylor they make you feel like you are the most important resident. The leasing consultants are so patient and are very passionate about what they do. I mean the whole team is elite such a diverse group of residents everyone takes pride in living here.
