First impression was not necessarily "rude" staff but VERY unfriendly. Not helpful when I spoke with her. When I inquired about the sale she had to look it up, then informed me of the fine print- it's only one per month, ok that's totally fine I just want to try it out. Then the catch comes- you have to pay a startup fee. So now it's around $30 for this spray. But before she told me they are usually just $20. So we concluded that if I just want to give it a try I should do that rather than sign up. Ok fine. I say I want a dark and then another I charge so now it's $25 + tax. Is that ok. Yeah sure. So already a tad annoyed. She asked if I've spray tanned before and said room # down the hall and I was on my own from there. once in the room there was globs( of what I assume was spray formula) all over the floor. The spray was ICE cold. Brutal. Then I get out and they have the little hand wet wipes but no towel.. like to dry my hands or rub off some of the formula. But there was one single towel with a packet of lip balm and goggles. Then I noticed the little sign stating that you can get these things - for an additional fee. Dear lord. So I leave the room, sticky slimy hands and all and make my way out. I didn't get a goodbye, how was it, have a nice day, thanks for coming- NADA. So needless to say, i see why premiere is voted #1 every year. I'll be sticking with them. I have points where I could have gotten a spray (and FAR better experience) for free, but I wanted to give this place a chance. Thanks anyway I guess...

Back when they first opened I didn't believe in tanning LOL…read more Although I didn't get any darker the last time I Cabana tanned in recent years (only last week), I wanted to give Cabana a second shot and I really needed some vitamin D, not just a tan. Instead of getting a tan, I got into an argument with the manager. I paid for a 20 minute tan and only received a 10 minute tan and when the bed suddenly stopped I got dressed and came out of the room to ask them what was up. They told me that I only paid for a 10 minute bed even though a 20 minute bed would have been the same price. The way they treated me was not very customer oriented because I feel I should have been offered at least a partial refund or the remaining time I wanted to go tanning. When I paid it for my session, I simply ordered a full session thinking it was 20 minutes like the last time I went--just last week. I was not asked which bed I would like to go in or how long I wanted to go and so I will not be back. Last week I went for 20 minutes. I did not get any color at all the past two times I've gone! It's well worth driving a little longer, to a diff tanning salon, to actually get what I pay for and be listened to. Cabana treated me like I did something wrong for questioning why I didn't get 20 minutes like I was expecting to. I pretty much paid 8 bucks to become more informed!

Today I went in now they have had the part for over a week to repair the second level 3 bed it still is NOT working there was a person in the working bed and THREE customers waiting. I asked about level 2 bed availability and was told there were many customers waiting too I did use a level one bed but expressed my not being happy paying for a level 3 and getting stuck using level 1!! Owners...FIX your beds!!!
