I called a few days later and Devon was there again, which is the first red flag - a total lie. The automatic lock broke, which is disappointing but not the problem as the car was sold as is. I went to unlock it with the key and come to find out, they sold me a car without a key cut to the actual car, it was a blank key. I called and Bruno stated that he called the locksmith down the street. He said they were only open until 4. He said I would need to go there before 4pm which would mean I'd have to take time off of work. He said he spoke to the locksmith and he was going to do me a favor and stay until 5. I go to the locksmith, and on the door it shows they are open until 530. Lie number 2. He never called the locksmith. The locksmith told me to come back the day after, I go back and Bruno still did not call them. If I were you, I would stay away from this dealership. They are liars and shady. What dealership sells a car with an uncut key. I was going to recommend this dealership but after I realized how all they do is lie and are shady, I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Long story short - thank goodness for the lock smith down the street from them. Nothing but good things to say about them. As for Bruno and Devon, total liars. Very shady. From - Amanda Hoover

The good: Pretty…read moregood, for what it is. Went here considering buying a car. The online listing they created did not specify that it was a "salvage rebuild" title (a previously totaled car), but they were up front about it once I got there to look it over. The salesman I worked with made every effort to appear the opposite of pushy. He was polite, and patient. One of the mechanics there stood out to me as very genuine, and offered input and advice which to all appearances, was real and intended to help me. One other mechanic I interacted with briefly, was also helpful and friendly, despite a language barrier. For the indecisive, they offer to rent the car to you, and if you buy, they count the rental fee as a payment on the car. This does have a chance to trapping the buyer into the sunk cost fallacy, but can still be a nice way to try it out before buying. The bad: The salesman was indeed a salesman, in every sense of the word. He was pressing me to sign two pieces of paper before I had decided to buy. One was an acknowledgement of the title status, which is fine. The second, though, was at the very least a letter of intent. It declared that I was going to buy the car. I hesitated at that one, and he pressed. When I still refused, he dropped the matter. We went for a nice long test drive. However, he sensed the sale slipping away, so he got more pushy. Then he made a mistake. He lied to me. He indicated to me that he would only be making a couple hundred dollars on the sale. I knew exactly how much he originally bought the car for, and what repairs he had done. Either the damage was much worse than he indicated, or his profit margin was a LOT larger than he indicated. Honesty is hard to find in this business, but that's still disappointing. However, One last good thing, after I pretty much declined the sale, the salesman still gave me a ride home. That's nice to see.
