I was charged $314.00 for a Nexen Nfera Supreme 225/65 R17 tire that retails between $165 and $175. Why is it almost double the price?

As crooked as a 3 dollar bill. Keep a careful eye on exactly what they write in your contract…read more When they say it's "close enough" or "it doesn't have to be exact", you know they are acting extremely specific and intentional. All the "close enough" numbers will all work out in their favor.... odometer, sales price, tax, especially trade-in, and DEFINITELY the pay-off amount of any loan you might have. Looking back at all the numbers and notes, not a single set of numbers matched, not one. The salesman stripped all the screws that hold the license plate, when I ask for a folder they didn't have one so he went and got a very old, very used and worn out manilla folder that was prob taken from the garbage can. Anything they need to "go check on" will take all day, so you're left triddling your thumbs literally all day (6-8 hours, both times, for me), with no amenities whatsoever, even the bathroom was locked. After this experience, I wouldn't buy a pencil from them.

I shouldn't feel like I need to have my parents or a significant other to come with me to buy a car. I specifically said I was there to test drive the car and feel it out as it was my first time purchasing an SUV. Multiple times he repeatedly asked if I was ready to put down a deposit. I said no and they didn't even want to show me what the financing options would be. Not only that- they are partnered with Costco's car program and offer the price without us having to do the negotiating. Because I was going down this route- I feel like I was also low balled on a trade in offer. I also felt insulted with comments about my driving skills. This has nothing to do COVID- it was the smart ass comments your sales person made when I was bringing the car back into the lot from the test drive. Just a tip- if you want a sale you might want to think how you address all of the above. Not stepping foot there ever again

Yelp keeps letting them remove my reviews, so I'm going to post a picture from my last time there. They washed my car with the temporary paper floor mats they use covering my gas can. Pieces are is still stuck there more than a month later. This is the smallest thing that's happened. Each time there's an incident, one of the times they held my car hostage for six months! The last time they tried to contact me they called my sister. It's not that they don't have my number, they just consistently mess up the accounts and call different members in my family. I get calls from my mom's oil changes on the regular!

This new place told me that my tires had wires showing and uneven ware which was a complete shock. Prior to this, I brought my car to Crowley Kia Service for my oil change twice. Once at 7k and then again when it reached 14k miles. Each oil change cost me $90. To make matters worse, I learned (too late now) that tire rotation isn't even included in this pricey service, which is standard at most reputable service centers. Because they didn't rotate my tires (and didn't even mention it or recommend it), I'm now looking at having to replace my tires on a car that I bought brand new in April of 2024. Completely unnecessary and frustrating. I expected better service and value from a dealership -- especially one representing a major brand like Kia. I can't recommend Crowley Kia Service to anyone who cares about their car or their wallet. Save your time and money -- go elsewhere.

The option they gave me was that they would return my money back at a prorated amount. They never contacted me back. I asked for a bumper to bumper plan. They claimed to have replaced a ground cable. The trucks has a code for an exhaust regen issue and def. I had a mechanic look at every ground cable on the truck and none were replaced. Only sprayed with WD-40 . I was told that there master mechanic has quit and they are unable to fix it. I spent 4,200 on the warranty. The truck is un drive able . I will write another review after everything is solved. Very unhappy.

Horrible all around. Was interested in this really hard to find truck, so i inspected it myself on…read moretheir parking lot before i took it for a test drive...almost 3 weeks ago now. Inquired about wet AND dry oil on motor before i was to purchase it. Asked if i should leave deposit before taken into shop. Long story short, i got the new guy who was very unresponsive after several text messages on different days. Finally got a response 3 hours after another follow up, where i was told lies about the truck, that he tried to call and message me, and then that it was sold. Finally the sales manager calls acknowledging that they did drop the ball, but the truck was under deposit only. I had asked twice if they can just refund it to that person so I can still get my chance at it. But nope, was told he has to check with his wife and he may or may not buy it, due to his known "history" of buying trucks there. Lack of communication, not willing to make anything right while it still could have been, incompetent oil change techs that spill oil all over the engine apparently per their own mechanics diagnosis of "residual oil, probably from last oil change". I asked for further clarification as I doubted the reasoning, but never got that either from them. I'd at least expect them to clean the motor, so beware if you get oil changes because half of the oil might not make it into the actual motor. Anyways, after 2 days of letting the guy ponder on his deposit, they let me know it was officially sold. Thanks a lot for selling a truck that I've been wanting for a while now, which i also told the salesman. New or not, there was no compassion from the new salesman after repeatedly showing that I wanted the truck.
