This Doctor is erratic and undependable based on my sad brief association with him and his office…read morebased on the following: He agreed to take over the practice of a long time Pain Doctor, Dr. Brown of Sugar Land who was retiring and was to either keep that office open or absorb Dr. Brown's patients. Instead, after one month (when he didn't even come to the Sugar Land office but sent his Nurse), he suddenly closed the office and refused to see me in his Baytown office. His website is inaccurate as to his actual location(s). His office said they "could not" see me because I was "out of their area", which is nonsense - and his current website reads that he "Serves Houston and surrounding areas". They did call in one month of my back pain medication, but it's almost impossible to line up a new doctor in that short time period. He basically left me, his patient, that he agreed to take over from Dr. Brown in a lurch. I will be filing a Medical Association Grievance for failure to treat as agreed and not fulfilling his obligation to treat patients that he agreed to under his agreement to take over Dr. Brown's practice and treat patients in a medically professional way and for failure to refer to another doctor after his sudden withdrawal of medical services. I couldn't believe he did this to me and he cannot be trusted to keep his professional word and agreements. Avoid this Doctor!

That being said, this location takes my insurance, has onsite x-rays, a PT/rehab center, and multiple chiros to choose from. Neck pain, back pain, sciatica, herniated discs, post-surgery pain and PT, cupping... I've seen them for everything. I was first a patient of Dr. Scott Neuburger, but now my new schedule has be seeing Dr. Andrea Bonilla (she's great!). They have onsite parking, a fairly open schedule, they send you text reminders (and phone calls). I'm a fan and referred both my mom and a few friends over to them - and they have multiple locations all across Houston.
