I was already feeling horrible and sick, then being at odds with one ignorant doctor was one thing, but to ask for pain management to come on board and literally feel like I'm a burden. This doctor had the nerves to say if I didn't have a broken bone there was no need for me to be treated with IV meds. Minimizing my pain and Ignoring the facts hell my blood work all came back abnormal, high or just to low. Showing inflammation markers and much more. Like excuse me sir for having an Autoimmune disorder that doesn't meet your standards for pain, he better pray he don't ever feel half of the pain that I do or his love ones. Because he will reap what he sews. To minimize my pain as if it's not an issue I have a problem with that. He was rude from the moment he walked inside of my room, like I asked for him but best believe within five minutes I was letting him know his services were no longer needed. He's arrogant, and rude as hell. If you are seeking a thorough doctor, one who shows empathy and compassion this one is not it. From what I have read basically he gives injections for back pain, so anything beyond that is too much for him to comprehend let alone understand. Horrible person and service just skip past him.

When I started to try and have a discussion with him about what my care while inpatient was going to look like and even either when I transition home. I explained a certain medication didn't work well with me and he just got angrier and angrier the whole convo also accusing me of being high because I was sleeping when he came in. I dashed him well what about your clinics how do you transition patients he says he does not prescribe pain medication in the opiate form at all. So i went and was prescribed a med that didnt work. Went back for follow up. Said that didn't work.. We discussed my continued follow up with my ortho. But nothing for pain. Just sent home with no treatment plan, no follow-up.. Nothing. So what do i do now.. Go find another pain management and say I have an orthopedist to fix the orthopedic problem but I have to have you fix the pain problem. ​I mean I don't understand where to go from here. ​I was with my last pain management for 15 years before they moved to a location further from me. So this is brand new for me to start new with the doctor and they're not getting my concerns. I guess. So I don't think I'm going to be able to return because nothing is happening here there's no plan . I'm just paying money to go in there and tell him what my orthopedist is doing and I'm getting nothing back from them. ​​​​​​​​​​

He has explained  in great depth what my condition is so that I can understand. I have something called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.  I have never heard of this, so he has educated me on it a lot. He does not give you false hope. If it's a 50/50 chance he lets you know. When it comes to blocks. He's not a pill pusher. I like that about him. He does try procedures first.  He takes all the time you need with him until you understand the procedures and process of how he's going to treat you. You will not find a better Dr. The office staff is extremely nice and helpful. Everyone always says hi and ask how  I'm doing or if I need anything I would definitely recommend Dr Garcia if you have any kind of pain. He genuinely cares for his patients.

Not only do you have to do your own warm up before they see and treat you but the staff members are very polite and even remember your name after just seeing you once or twice! The space where you are stretching out if full of natural light from the big windows, you have a water cooler in the corner if you get thirsty. Even though there is a waiting room you won't be there long even if you didn't have a appointment. I would recommend getting one just to be safe though. The two Chiropractor's are pretty good and nice, they will advice you on what to do, down to the smallest thing. I really think they have your best interest at heart. I have been attending 2-3 times a week when able to they have a schedule where they go from 8am-about 11am then reopen from 3pm-about 6pm. I will update when I get the times down for sure. I really stand behind this because I drive from Alief to League City for treatments!
