Missed our flight due to utter incompetence on this company's part!…read more Our pre-booked car cancelled on us last-minute so we were scrambling to find someone else. This company states they could be with us in an hour. Called back and re-estimated it to be 45 minutes. He made sure we would use the service as the driver was traveling to us. We promised and stopped our search. After almost an hour we call to check and are told it would be another 20 minutes. Takes almost double that so by the time she's there we already know we'll never make it. The driver stated that the dispatch "didn't account for traffic". Their words! Lady was nice but her car stunk like cigarettes and I got a terrible headache from the stench. $1k later we are on a later flight. Received a request to give feedback and send a simple message stating what happened and they send me a nasty message telling me the driver was on time (100% not true) and to book ahead next time (we did!), then conceded and stated they "did their best". Rude and dishonest and unprofessional. AVOID!!!

I explained that I don't have a fax, so he told me to print it out, go to kinkos, and fax it from there. He kept calling me and hassling me, where was the contract until I finally said, forget it. I told him I didn't feel comfortable working with him and I would get another limo. He screamed at me and said he was keeping my $100 deposit, even though it was 12 days before the event. BEWARE. I found another limo guy right away who was so simple to work with- he said, just pay either when I pick you up or when I drop you off.

I didn't know the address for the venues, restaurants, etc... and the owner was nice enough to look them up for me. The limousine was clean and the driver was on time. They stocked the bar with extra ice and cups which saved us from having to bring our own. Our driver Steve was professional and catered to us the entire time. He opened doors, held umbrellas for us as it was raining and made sure we were on time everywhere. We had a great time!
