As the birthday girl, I missed early opportunities to take photos, but I got in on the action at the tail end of the party. After all photos were taken the attendant informed me that I would be getting a digital copy of the all photos that were taken that night. I was very excited and thought, more photos to help capture the night. Well, it is now May going into June, the party was on March 24th and I have not received the digital copy yet. Calls have been made and messages have been left because no one answers the phones. Where I was very excited, I am now disappointed. I only ask that someone return the calls and give me an answer as to what may have happened to my precious memories.

We called and they said their person that booked it put in be wrong date however we had emails with the confirmation with the right date. We did get reimbursed but the damage was already done. Never again will we use them.

Each and every time I reached out to them, they had immediate response. They allowed my wife and I the ability to fully customize the booth with out photos and colors. On our wedding day, they arrived ahead of time to canvas the venue and set up prior to, so they didn't impact the flow of the guest. During the reception the booth was A HIT! Everyone loved the booth. We chose the package that provided our guest with take home photos and social media uploads. Wow!!!! The guest took home so many! The booth is literally one of the best aspects of our wedding day! So glad we didn't get the 360 photo booth that's become popular because the traditional photos were the right type of vibe-personal & intimate!! During the entire time prior to the wedding, Phil and Chloe have been amazing, They responded quickly to my questions and accommodated my changing needs (adding on a scrapbook and changing the backdrop). We signed the contract and I made the deposit. Even when I forgot to pay the final half prior to the wedding date, Chloe reassured me that they will still come and I can just pay with check during the event. Since I am planning the wedding from out of state, it was really helpful and much appreciated when they are flexible and understanding! Our event started at 5 pm, and the canopy tent was all set up and ready to go! My guests all informed me that it was a lot of fun and they enjoyed taking pictures with group of friends. The only thing people mentioned that was a struggle was the time in between the pictures were really short, but it made for some funny/silly looking pictures!! I was really glad that I opted for a scrapbook option (additional $75 I believe). Some of the guests left cute little messages for us to read :) Its like a guestbook! Unfortunately, my DJ (DJ Flex) did not show up, so it pushed back the bridal parties entrance by 1 and half hours. So neither me nor my now hubby had the chance to go get our pictures taken since most of the guests wanted to talk with us. But I did notice that the Little Photobooth stayed overtime without charging extra due to the circumstance. I would highly recommend them :D As for the bad reviews, I addressed that with Phil prior to booking them, and he informed me that it was because the customer never signed and/or returned the contract. We provided them with plenty of water and food as well because we appreciated them so very much for the stellar service they provide. We will be more than happy to utilize their services in the future for similar or even larger events. They nicely parked over 20 cars for near 40-45 guests to our home today without incident.
