As a result, we overpaid for items we didn't need. Several items arrived damaged or unusable, including cracked glassware, stained/shrunken napkins, and worn easels. We also had to rewash more than half the glassware due to dirt. Communication was difficult due to a point-of-contact change, and overall customer service lacked the flexibility expected in the event industry. With Simply Lit, their website was clear, giving good pictures and specs of each of their products. The process was all automated and I was invoiced over text and email. I was able to reserve, pay, and sign a contract all without interacting with anyone, which was a plus for me! I got the 3ft. RGB numbers and was allowed to pick up the day before my event and return 2 days after my event. The letters themselves were handmade and quality.
