I was clear and direct and they used my last years taxes to process the currents and still several issues. They even sent it to a different bank/person. They claim they can no longer change what has been done. Also, they chare 125 extra for direct deposit which goes to their pocket, they don't tell you this. They only told me because they wanted to make me feel like they were also suffering as they were out that amount plus the 120 they had charged me upfront when they processed my taxes they had to "discount" for the mistakes they made.

There was two children waiting upon there parents getting their services. In the sitting room there were toys for children to play which is very nice of the Rosales team to provide. This is not my normal however our previous tax preparer of 20 yrs is MIA. (I seriously hope they are safe and healthy) like I mentioned I couldn't get ahold of my previous tax preparer and was hoping to get ahold of them. Its nerve wrecking just trusting anyone to do your taxes correctly. Well I have to say that from the initial phone call to get an appointment and speaking with Manuel and able to secure an appointment same day and due date of taxes due. I felt very comfortable with him. I'm organized and knew what to bring in but he went over necessary documents and identifications needed since we we would be new clients. Fast forward a few hrs we made our appt on time and Manuel went over our taxes oh and our son who was doing taxes for his first time also. Being that it was due date of taxes we were there for a couple hrs as Manuel entered our information to Luci going over the double checking making sure we had all i's dotted and t's crossed. Then our sons turn! We were at ease in their hands and felt completely comfortable working with both of them. They are completely knowledgeable and are up to date with current tax laws and rules. My husband and I have been going to Lisa for several years…read more This year, we were told that they didn't want to do our taxes since we complained last year. At first, we were confused then we recalled what the issue was, they made a $5000, error on our return last year. They originally quoted us an estimate of how much we were getting back and when it was so low my husband questioned me about it. I wrote an email to Lisa inquiring about the dramatic difference from what we received the previous year. Lisa reviewed the return and found that my husband's out of state information did not carry over. She also indicated it changed the refund amount in our favor. When we came in to resign the returns, we saw the $5000 difference. Lisa never came out of the office, I asked if we could speak to her we were told she was with a client. That was a lie because we saw the assistant come out of her office upon our arrival and NO ONE was in there. We never received an 'I'm sorry for the error', or a 'good catch' nothing. I could have and would have been completely justified in complaining but we didn't! All I said, was that was a huge error, when we were signing. Despite that, we took our business back to her this year only to be turned away indicating that it was me who was unsatisfied. I believe the real issue is that it was the second issue we had because of their errors and they didn't want to deal with us anymore. I mean what kind of professional makes such a huge error and will not even come out of her office to speak to you, apologize or anything. We probably shouldn't have gone back but I figured it was caught whatever. It really bothers me that she would turn away a customer because of HER own errors. So, they changed the name this year, now I wonder if perhaps I'm not the only one they have screwed over and want to get away from the stigma. I rarely go online and write reviews but I felt that people should know what kind of business individual she is and the type of business she runs. I'm sure some people have had very positive experiences with her but if you have complicated returns involving out of state work I would be very careful and make sure to really pay attention. And don't complain about their inadequacies or you will definitely be turned away.
