Upon moving back to El Paso I had the same issues until I noted a Maser Security sign and decided to call. My call was answered promptly by a person that not only took my call but was able to answer basic questions. An appointment was made for that same day. Mr. Maser arrived at my home, on time, and assessed my concerns. He took the time to explain his equipment, monitoring system, and other options available including cameras. After evaluating all his proposals, I decided to go with the security monitoring system, and cameras around the house. After the installation, he also took the time to update my cell phone with an app so that I could monitor my house when I was away. His courtesies attitude, prompt service, mindfulness, and his concern in helping me and my family keep safe was a major consideration in selecting his company. The utility company could have done it a day earlier but didn't because Secure Electric told us to just tell them to "just unlock the meter." However after theyre super overprice quote I did some research and got a second opinion and figured out the problem and called El Paso Electric again to fix it but we were still without power for 2 days because of them. Plus they charged $200 to lie to us. They misled us and confused us more and quoted us a bunch of unnecessary work just to over charge us and when I politely asked for at least our money back since they didnt even provide a correct diagnostic the wife said they would but next day the owner of the company came by and said "nope never mind were not gonna refund you afterall" despite getting caught red handed trying to screw us. I was also impressed with the company's after-sales service. When I noticed, the day after the installation, that the mounted television appeared a little crooked (compared to the straight lines of the adjacent AV console and shelves), Beck-Tech sent a technician over within a few hours of getting my e-mail. The mounted television was, with diligent care and effort, straightened (in fact, down to the millimetre) to match the other straight lines in the room. Suffice it to say, when the time comes to install a surround-sound system around my newly mounted television, I will be calling Beck-Tech to do the job!
