DO NOT HIRE THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND SHADY PLEASE BEWARE READ TEXTS BELOW TO SEE HOW THEY ALMOST SCAMMED US OUT OF OVER $3000 - After a storm affected our power we called Secure Electric and they basically lied and said they had to replace and rewire everything above and below our meter when in reality the only problem was a loose connection by the transformer that El Paso Electric fixed FOR FREE in a few hours. The utility company could have done it a day earlier but didn't because Secure Electric told us to just tell them to "just unlock the meter." However after theyre super overprice quote I did some research and got a second opinion and figured out the problem and called El Paso Electric again to fix it but we were still without power for 2 days because of them. Plus they charged $200 to lie to us. They misled us and confused us more and quoted us a bunch of unnecessary work just to over charge us and when I politely asked for at least our money back since they didnt even provide a correct diagnostic the wife said they would but next day the owner of the company came by and said "nope never mind were not gonna refund you afterall" despite getting caught red handed trying to screw us. As you can read in the texts had they refunded us we would've forgiven them even though they tried to screw us over but after they said they arrogantly said were not willing to even do that and " we don't care if you post this" Im left with no choice but to post up all the details as a warning to others. So the family and I came into town with our RV, and this business was recommended by someone reliable. Our generator needed service cause it was running kind of rough and not working properly. Talked to one guy and said they could help, they had just repaired a similar generator. Sounded very promising! Sent them the information requested, then finally two days later, the "tech" calls me and says they don't have time now since we're just passing through. After I waited on them for two days. Had an appointment for a Monday. Complete and total no show. Tried calling them several times throughout the day. Always went straight to voicemail, however, the voicemail box was completely full and did not have any space to leave a message.. Finally got through to someone at approximately 8:30 pm. They said due to an accident the previous day they were not able to come to the scheduled appointment, but they just decided to turn their phone off rather than letting me know what was going on. We were having problems with our outside electrical panel cutting out when the washer, dryer and air conditioner where operating at the same time. We contacted Secure Electrical Contractors and within ten minutes Moises contacted us to schedule an appointment at our convince to service the electrical panel. He did explained every step of the process and found the original wiring when the house was purchased was not completed up to code. The repairs took one day with Miguel completing the work in a timely and professional manner the same day! The greatest thing I admire about Moises is his sense of community in which he is teaching his own kids the electrical trade which is definitely a plus for any person to learn. So my AC had went out again and it was really late in the evening. I had sent a message expecting not to get a response till the next day and to set up something later to get it fixed. I was really surprised that the electrician had sent me a message about 30 minutes later. He expressed his concern on not letting me try and sleep in the heat and stated he would come out and fix my AC. He really went above my expectations coming out after 10pm. Very professional and excellent service. Went through the whole system found a small issue and double check everything to make sure it didn't happen again. I waited all day for this other company and they never came. So when I got ahold of this company he answered fast and said he would work with me. When I told him to go ahead and come to my Dads house he came fast. To save money he told my husband what to get tomorrow and the steps to get to the part.
