Very kind and mannerly. Taking careful consideration to the intregrity of the vehicle. Even though the situation was my fault. Responded very promptly to the call. They went above and beyond what was demanded. Even taking a risk to ensure I wouldn't be stranded. Their value of their services were incredible. I can't praise them enough. These guys were great to me & my husband following my car wreck. They gave us a huge break on the bill, seeing that we were paying the bill out of our pocket, & my husband's job for a mining company. My home and motorcycle keys were detached from the impounded keyring and had to be searched for after I signed out my vehicle. This made me uncomfortable, suspicious and late. read more

I can't say enough great things about these guys. I'm from out of town and totaled a four wheeler on a Hatfield McCoy trail and these guys went up and towed it out for an incredibly reasonable price. They were extremely professional, honest, kind, timely, and beyond helpful. Would highly recommend using them if you're anywhere near here! read more

Established in 1999.

Premium Towing has been in business for 21 years and has a combined 60 years experience in the towing industry. We started in a small 1 bay garage with a beat up Rollback and have grown to 3 location with 10 trucks in service.

Meet the Business Owner: Jessie E.

Jessie Elliott opened Premium Towing in 1999 with a old beat up Rollback with the mindset of helping the little people. 21 years later, we have grown to 3 locations, 10 state of the art trucks and equipment and still focus on helping the working class. We are the home of the $50 tow!

No regards whatsoever for private property, didn't ask my permission, didn't repair the damage and didn't put my blocks back where they found them. It wasn't my vehicle and it wasn't my problem but they destroyed my property and made extra work for me because I had to restack the blocks, but hey, anything to make their lives easier is the general mindset of service people in Charleston. If I ever do need a tow, I won't be calling these people.
