The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and in a good mood. Always accommodating to last minute schedule changes which is great. Not impressed. One star is a gift…read more To qualify, I'm 65 with a long history of injuries including various bone fractures and breaks. I have advanced deterioration of my "T" and "L" vertebrae and a profound spinal stenosis (curve) from years of working construction and driving a truck. I also have several college degrees and graduated Valedictorian out of CSU Fresno. In my experience: The office is like running a gauntlet through various torture (treatment) rooms, across the quad (in the heat) and back, past various other patients actively being treated (YUCK, I know) Then leading you past reception to a back room with a computer and desk where you are subjected to a 16 minute video about neuropathy, whether or not you even have the condition. Don't miss the mislabeling of elements in the body. Apparently a red blood cell is quantified as a "blood vessel" and bones off gas toxins back into the surrounding tissue. Calcium buildup is known as "bumpy stuff." The hard sales pitch is difficult to swallow at best. Be it known, from multiple sources, $47k is their fist price point. Plan B offers a $26K albeit lesser treatment option, finally if you hesitate, a Plan C is offered at the mid 5K range with no Stem Cell treatment. In House (standing) X-rays with no visible medical certification or inspection documentation, insuring the "collapsed" sections were under full stress and at their fullest compacted position. Not a surprise that the highest price option was the most recommended variant. Anyone that falls for this, deserves what they get. Remember this enterprise is run by a Chiropractor, yea, the guys that say "We can fix anything by aligning your bones." Yes, the 18 month schooling that does not allow them to prescribe actual medicine, or diagnose any actual ailment, or ability to guarantee results.

First the good... the wait was only about an hour between the time I walked in until the time I…read moresaw a doctor. For most urgent cares thats pretty good. Now the not so good.... The receptionist was not friendly, welcoming, or minimally kind. I could see that I had interrupted her from doing her homework at her desk and I felt like I was treated as a bother to her. Actually the biggest issue I I had with my visit was privacy and confidentiality. The exam rooms are not rooms at all. They are just curtains. I didnt see any exam rooms with doors and four walls. You expect that in an ER at a hospital not a doctor's office. After I sat in the exam room waiting to be seen for 30 minutes. I could hear the doctor with another patient - someone who had come in to the waiting room and was filling out paper work when I was called to the exam room. I know that in a medical environment some patients need to be seen sooner than others. Its not neccesarily a first come first serve environment. Problem is that I know this patient's complaint was not pressing because I could hear the doctor tell her, "this is the most common thing we see in here". I pulled back my curtain because I thought maybe the staff forgot about me. When I did, the medical assistant sitting about 50 feet away admonished me for not keeping my mask on. I saw the doctor a short time later and was careful to keep my voice down as I spoke to him about my personal medical issue. He didn't do the same. This urgent care is as bare bones as you can get. Smiles, common courtesy, and privacy are scarce at Willow Urgent Care.

They can't help themselves, it's a human intinct. Everyone does it when they see old people. We had to meet a final deadline and Dr. Grewal checked her out and completed the form and faxed it literally at the last minute. There's nothing wrong with her and she has a perfect driving record, but if cops see gray hairs they instinctively think she should be taken off the road for public safety reasons, for any reason at all of no reason. He was kind and listened to her, did a physical and competency test and as expected she passed. This isn't the sort of thing her usually does which shows Dr. Grewal is basically a good person who genuinely cares and takes the time to listen. A shame just found out he's permanently closed.

Now they have been calling me for a week straight saying something isn't wrong with my insurance and then the lady changes her story saying they keep calling my insurance saying this new one isn't my primary. She was saying I had to pay the full amount if I don't fix it. Rude. It was so confusing. I don't like being accused and hassled over the phone. The doctor is impersonal, and cold. I didn't feel cared for. They just wanted my money.
