I was sold an "authentic" panzer mod from this shop about 8 months ago, a couple weeks ago I decided to compare this to one my friend ordered from the actual manufacture and it turns out mine was completely FAKE, I paid a ridiculous amount for this mechanical mod which they told me was authentic, turns out I was ripped off. The staff doesn't know anything about the subject, I don't think they have even a single real vaper at this shop, the owners will tell you to come back later if you have any questions because they know absolutely nothing and by the quality of the products I've bought from them for the ridiculous prices they charge it's blatantly obvious that they only care about fattening their pockets and could care less about their customers. Their is virtually no return policy, they will give you a run around if you try to exchange any defective product. When I used to go here it felt like I was shopping for a car, they have a very high pressure sales tactic and will try and sell you on things you don't even need. Oh not to mention they don't have an issue selling fake batteries that can possibly explode in your hand. I will most definitely not be coming back here when I can get higher quality products for half the price nearby. Oh and they don't have an issue shoving you out the door once they have your money because if you attempt to vape in their store they will yell at you and kick you out, I have seen this firsthand. Get ready to spend an arm and a leg if you frequent this place, I recommend shopping around before you commit to anything because you can find better deals elsewhere read more

I have been going to the store in Chardon for some time now knew nothing about anything when I walked in. These guys are the best! They always answer any questions I have about the product I have or If I'm interested in anything different they show me but they have taken the time to get to know me so it's not just about a "sell" like in other places. I've spent so much money in other establishments just to get home and half the time I can't even figure out how to fill the thing. They are very nice there and take time with each customer. Great vape shop! I've been to a bunch around my area, and this one is by far the best. Awesome customer service, with a wide variety of e-fluid that is very affordable. They have an awesome vapor station where you can sample any flavor so you can make the best decision on what flavor you want and like. I have always felt welcome in the store sense my first visit, it has a very friendly environment. They always answer my questions and help me with any problems I have encountered with my e-cig. As someone just getting into vaping I visited a couple of shops in the area to try and get a understanding of the process and pricing. The staff here at Premium Vapors on all 3 of my visits so far have been fantastic, even when I returned with some rather dumb question they seemed happy to help. To top things off their tasting bar is a great little setup with a fantastic variety to choose from. If you are looking for a great little vape sop in the area you have to stop in here. This is the BEST vape store in Lake Co. and Ive been to just about all of them!! The store is super clean, the staff goes above and beyond to get you exactly what you need and they have a great return/exchange policy (unlike some stores)! They offer a huge selection of flavors from reputable well known liquid sources too. I love, love, love this place!!! I have been in this place a couple of times...the costumer services was horrible. The people there were extremely rude,not helpful at all. They didn't seem knowledgeable about anything. There prices are super high. There liquid they have has no flavor. I would never go back to this place ever again. But i did find a place that has great costumer service low prices great liquid and always have great deals and its right down the street Vapor House!!!! read more
