I know there are a lot of photos. The first four photos show you the product pictures and description for what I bought which is supposed to be a bottle with pump. The next 15 are the 15 pages of terms and conditions I was told I should have read to know that I might not get what was pictured and when I get might not even work without physical alteration to each and everyone that I ordered. The product I ordered is a 10 mL vial with a pump. However, the plastic tube for the pump is 2-3 times too long for the vial even though it is sold as one piece/one product. When I told "premium" vials that it came as two individual pieces and the pump would not work with this vial because it is way too long, "premium" vials they literally told me that I should have known the pump might not work for the vial as is. I was told I should have known because that was in the terms and conditions. There are FIFTEEN PAGES of terms and conditions. That's what's in the rest of the pictures. These ate NOT on the product page. I was told that when I checked out I had to check a box saying I understood the terms and conditions, which refers to the 15 pages I took pictures of and posted to this review. So you must know that regardless of how the item is advertised and regardless of what you think you're ordering, the terms and conditions clearly say that things might not work together and you might have to literally make physical changes to the product for it to work. In this case I would have to cut the tube. Except that this place sells in bulk so it's not one tube - it would be an entire pallet full of cases full of tubes and each one would have to be cut despite the fact that in the product page on the company's website it's pictured and described as one unit. Even if I was ordering from a Chinese manufacturer I would think how incredibly poor this was and then I would wait for friends or colleagues to tell me that's what I get from ordering from China. But this is a US company. However there is absolutely no point at all in order ordering from a US company if it's going to actually be worse than what I would get from China. Do not trust the reviews on the pages on their website either! I posted a review but "premium" vials only posts the reviews they want to post. So when you see a five star review it means absolutely nothing because you don't know how many people rated at one star. The bottom line is you are expected to read through 15 pages of terms and conditions which will ultimately tell you that what you see on their webpage and what you think you are buying might not actually be what you are buying. The terms and conditions literally say they will not refund any money for it. And I asked for a refund and I was told no and pointed to these terms and conditions. For any other companies to rely on "premium" vials to be their supplier would be to set yourself up for a disaster-in-waiting. What an utter joke of a business. read more

This is clearly presented as a glass vial with shiny gold metal cap, but if you inquire further you will find out the cap is plastic. Maybe that's clear to other buyers. To me it seemed clear it was shiny metal. It was luck that made me inquire further to verify, which is when I was told it was plastic. And guess what? I wrote this exact same review on the product page. But when I submitted it I got a message saying it was being reviewed my PremiumVials themselves before it was posted. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Their 24 2 oz amber glass bottles with droppers SKU:B088NS2VTH are the WORST bottles we've ever purchased! The droppers are separate in plastic bags NOT in the bottles so 2 droppers were broken upon arrival. MOST of the 22 droppers that were not broken had the dropper shoved up in top of the squeeze bulb requiring us to try and pull it down making these bottles the least sanitary of any bottles we've purchased. They are aware of this issue as they send a piece of paper showing you how the glass dropper could be shoved part way up or all the way up the squeeze bulb and where you're supposed to pull the dropper down to for it to be in the correct position. These also cost over 2 times what the 2 oz bottles off Amazon cost us and those bottles are shipped with the droppers already on the bottles, and the glass dropper in the correct position in the squeeze bulb keeping the droppers already in the bottles we've purchased off Amazon sanitary. To return this inferior product would cost a 20% restock fee and the balance would be given as a store credit requiring us to buy more inferior bottles. Lesson learned and we will never buy these more expensive BUT much more inferior bottles from Premium Vials again. read more

I ordered (45) qty 4 oz Frosted Clear Glass Straight Sided Jars w/ White Foam Lined Caps The quality of the jar itself is fine but after I made a whole batch of product, the lids all started cracking. Since this cost me (because the rest of what I have is useless to me because I can't risk cracked lids to customers and contamination of products and customers have reached out graciously to let me know the lids are cracked), I contacted them to let them know and asked for replacement lids only if they had better quality to offer. Instead their response was, we've never had this problem, you probably closed them too tight, we can give you a refund if we get all of our jars and lids back. Now they are refusing to refund or admit there are defective bottles from my order (over 2000 of them.) had to send customers new orders because of leaking bottles. Worst customer service. Ordered Nordic vials 1.65" diameter qty 86. When it was time to bottle my labels were too big. Come to find out Premium shipped me 1.48" diameter bottles. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ORDER. I placed an order for swing top bottles, quart size, 4 of them. Kinda pricey at $54+ but I wanted them for a specific project and I wanted swing tops with ceramic tops, not plastic. Shortly after I placed the order, I received an email saying my order had shipped (same day as order placed). However, the link they provided to track my order did not work. When I clicked on "status of your order" in the email, it simply took me to the general FedEx website for tracking. But I had no tracking number. So, I waited a few days (4); then I contacted them (via chat) requesting my tracking number and informing them I received an email with a broken tracking link. The "rep" responded by saying their system "glitched", made a mistake in sending the mail out and that my order would ship in 24 - 48 hours. Today, 3 days later, I "chatted" again with them, requesting my tracking number and informing them that 48 hours had elapsed and I STILL had no tracking number. No response. I then sent an email request for information regarding my order and rec'd a response back CLAIMING THEY HAD INFORMED ME THE BOTTLES WERE ON BACKORDER AND THAT I WAS INFORMED OF THIS. No, I was not. I was told there was a "glitch" in the system that sent out the original shipping email in error. AND, on top of that, I was told that my order would ship in 24 - 48 hours (sound familiar?). I believe this site and business is a scam that will string you along for as long as possible. I am surprised by the bad reviews of this company. I have used premium vials several times now and they are always great. They shipped my order within a couple hours of me submitting it and I got it really fast. I will say on my first order with them a couple of the glass bottles arrived broken but I contacted customer service with pictures and they shipped replacement bottles out immediately. When I asked customer service about this by email, was told: "At times orders are shipped from our amazon stock." "These are our only prices." "That price is not correct. The price online is correct. If you would like to return the items you may ship them back to our warehouse. Once we receive them there is a 20% restocking fee then you are given the difference in store credit." Terrible customer service. Ordered caps with plastisol liner and o received caps with foil liner. They refused to refund my order, charged me a restocking fee when I returned the caps and then gave me a store credit instead of a refund. Tried ordering shrink bands to use up my credit and was again sent the wrong size band. Ordered the size I needed and received a band that was too big. I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered 2 sets of glass spice jars along with other glass bottles. Half the order arrived but the spice jars didn't ship. I had to reach out to ask where they were or if there was a separate tracking number. They said they would ship in 1-2 days but a tracking number was never provided. They finally showed up in a box from Amazon with purchase order from Amazon. One set of jars was completely smashed and all the accessories included with the set was also damaged. When I reached out to get a replacement they said they would not replace it until I sent it back. I told them I could not safely ship it back since there were tiny shards of glass all over the inside and outside of the box and the box was mangled. and I sent photos of the damage. They told me that they refused to replace them until they received the broken glass back. I sent 5 messages explaining that it wasn't safe or realistic to mail such a damaged item. They refused to work with me by replacing or refunding the set. Not only this but since they basically just place orders through Amazon, they wanted me to return the item to Amazon which means that they would get refunded on their Amazon account but I had no idea when I'd if I'd ever get a new item or a refund. I reached out to Amazon and they wouldn't help us either since it wasn't placed through them and didn't seem to care that this company was scamming customers with items that arrive with only Amazon branding. I'm a small biz owner and was trying to support a company other than Amazon but turns out all I did was support them plus lose my money and sanity in the process. This brand ignored responded to my questions about the types of plastic in the bottles they advertise as alcohol safe so I can make sure I order only safe ones. I also had concerns about the seal degrading with time as that has destroyed inventory of mine. Premium vials refused to elaborate on what materials any individual product had beyond providing a list of all of their material types and their legal compliance. I don't care about if you use 8 types of plastic for seals I cared about the one product I asked about which even after asking 3 times they just kept sending irrelevant information and suggesting I order a production run to see if it is a functional product. So customer service is awful. I was shorted several items. Only 1 bottle short. Shrink wraps bands were a dumpster fire. Out of 3 packs ordered, 2 of them were very much shorted. I honestly think they don't expect customers to count all those shrink bands. I do count them, as tedious as it is. Also the measurements of 2 packs of bands was wrong. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with for packaging. They do not care at all about customer service and 9 out of 10 times they ship anything it is incorrect. Getting the order fixed takes an argument EVERY SINGLE TIME. They are more expensive than all other packaging companies out there and are well know as the rudest and hardest to deal with supplier. I truly wish that I had read these accurate Yelp reviews before spending more than $500 on product with this company. Delays are expected right now, which I was understanding of, as my orders were from two months ago. However, what was not to be expected was the level of disrespect from customer service, who also claimed to be the manager. I wish I had read these reviews before I went and spend over $300 on glass bottles that I never received. Due to Covid 19, my order was delayed, months later I have not received it yet, I called customer service to get help and I was told that there is nothing they can do for me because they have a 15 days cancellation policy. When I received the delayed notification it was a month later, so of course, I could not cancel and get my money back. I ended up with a charge on my account, not money back and not bottles. I contacted customer service with pictures of my label (with their specs 7.25x1.9375) on the jar, and it was clearly too big. I sent pictures to customer service and this was their response... "We have many customers that have used this size before and never had an issue. " There is clearly an issue, and it was proven with pictures, but they would not do anything about it. This business is a scam. I purchased a lab pipette from them on a Saturday night without reading reviews first & they charged me over $60 and $12 shipping. Then ads for lab pipettes started popping up on my phone and I noticed that the exact same pipette was for sale on Amazon for $32 with free prime shipping. I immediately contacted them to cancel my order as per their instructions on their website. They emailed me back the next day (Sunday) and said it had already shipped and the order could not be canceled. So 2 days later the pipette shows up in an Amazon bag. This company bought it for half price on Amazon , charged me double PLUS shipping and had the item drop shipped to me from Amazon. They said I could return it if I paid return shipping (which was free for them) and pay a 20% restocking fee (to cover their free Amazon return?). Stay away from this shill of a company! Wish I knew they had a yelp before I ordered from Premium Vials. Ordered a 4 oz fine mist package of bottles. The picture displayed showed a clear somewhat frosted bottle but I was sent an opaque white bottle that you cannot see the liquid through. I run a small skincare business so it's important for the customer to sometimes see the product from outside the bottle. I told them the picture displayed was misleading and they refused to refund me and if I wanted to return the package I would have to pay for shipping, and give a 20% stocking fee and store credit..and not to mention my package came In a box from Containers and Packaging box. Not even their own brand. Never ordering from them again. The value you get for the amount on bottles isn't worth it anyways. read more

Half of the items I purchased from Premium Vials website was sent to me from Amazon and I was charged 2x the price. Luckily the address that was given to Amazon didn't exist and the driver called to find my actual address. Do not order from Premium Vials! I purchased 120 pieces of 1oz bottles with rose gold caps. Unfortunately, the caps are not rose gold. They are not as described or as pictured on the website. They are pink and not remotely close to rose gold. They will not issue a refund for erroneously describing and showing a picture that is not remotely close to the actual product. They charge a 20% restocking fee, you have to pay for return shipping, and the only option is a credit to your account after the 20% restocking fee. I still needed caps for the bottles that I initially ordered, so I placed a replacement order for 120 caps. Unfortunately, once again, what I received was not what I ordered. I received 110 bottle caps meant for European bottles and not the Boston round bottles that I ordered. Subsequently, the shipped caps, which are a completely different item number from my order, do not fit the 120 bottles. It is incredibly frustrating and costly to engage with a company that conducts business in this manner. If you have money and patience to spare, then you'll have success with this company. However, if you are trying to support your customers by fulfilling orders for your business while maintaining a positive profit margin, I recommend you look elsewhere. Further, it is evident from all the negative reviews on Yelp and elsewhere that this place has received multiple complaints over the years. They need to do better instead of making consumers feel bad for not reading reviews. Premium vials is a horrible company that should never be trusted by small business owners. I have purchased bulk orders from them multiple times and every single time there is a major problem. Their pump bottles leak oil and were completely unusable. My most recent order was short 38 closures, so I ended up with 38 unusable glass bottles. They refused to send me the missing closures because I filed a complaint after 7 days. Customer service was unhelpful and rude. If you dare to buy from them make sure you thoroughly test and count and examine your bulk items within the first week or they won't even consider helping you. Horrible business! I've dealt with this company several times so this wasn't just a one time bad experience. On numerous occasions, I have made attempts at contacting them to ask detailed questions about their products to gain better knowledge before making a purchase, and never got a reply on the first try. I would have to write back at least twice before I got an answer. And other times I never received an answer at all. So, customer service was a joke. I was preparing for a big convention coming up this weekend, and a week prior, I ordered some very important items and opted for Overnight Delivery. Initially I thought all was well when I received a notification that the order was shipped, so I believed I had plenty of time to meet my deadline. But, four days have now gone by, and the status of my order has not changed. I'm not happy. Another day has passed by, and still no delivery. I sent an email, conveying my disappointment and that I would now be blowing my deadline, and I demanded a refund on the overnight shipping charges. Of course, they never replied, just like all the other times. It wasn't until I sent an anger filled email that I now wanted a full refund and that I would no longer do business with them, and that I would be writing this review, that they called me. And their explanation for not delivering the item? They said they printed the shipping label the day I ordered the items, but the items I ordered were not in stock! Don't you think you should have notified me if an item wasn't in stock, instead of deceptively marking an item as "shipped" to make it seem like it was on the way??
