As soon as I opened the door, I was great by a bright smile and warm welcome from the woman at the counter, I'm sorry I did not catch her name. She was beyond courteous! Then I met the pharmacist, Joe! As he was working, he stopped to say hello and asked how I was doing... total shock! Normally I go into pharmacies, the same one, monthly, for over 3 years due to auto accidents and they always sell make you feel like you are a bother to them! Joe was the exception to my years of experience dealing with my current pharmacy! He came from behind the counter to explain to me in detail about my prescription and my insurance. I've never had this type of service anywhere! I am still in awe. I came home and told my fiancé about it like I had just won the lottery lol. To be treated like an actual human is a rarity today, still amazed. I just wish they were a bit closer as I hate getting in vehicles now but do when I have to. I am truly thinking about switching pharmacies just because of this phenomenal service I had today. You can't pay for that! Thank you, Joe and everyone there, you all are awesome!

And they work with your insurance AND will call your doctor to get prescriptions AND deliver to your home or office. And they can do consultations. And I can get the big ticket medical supplies there (like walkers, canes, crutches, etc.) covered through medicare. It's a one stop shop for everything I need. And BTW there's gas station / convenience store right next to them. And the Market St. & 63rd St. metro stop half a block away.
