Was afraid to bend in back into place as it would definitely have snapped. Took it over to this place and spoke with Bill. He tried to bend it back into place and as suspected, it snapped. He managed to make me a matching copy with some effort. So i had him make me an additional one in case i had another moment of idiocy. Also had him make me another copy of my car key and program me another remote fob for backup. Great workmanship. Really nice guy, personable and trustworthy. You can't please everybody. I was even told by other companies that this smart key can only be done by the dealership (2019 Dodge Charger). Well, that was proven wrong because 215 Car Keys put me back on the road. I was having a conversation w/ the technician, (Demetrius) I think that was he's name while he was programming the key. He stated that the level of people's demeanor in the city (philly) compared to other areas that they service, like where I am in Pipersville is night & day. I was shocked when he said that they completely stopped taking appointments in advanced because of the high cancellation rate of callers in Philly. They only do same day appointments now. He says their company refuse to do business with potential customers if they have a bad attitude over the phone because it may even escalate in person. This company is alright by me. He had taken a call from a repair shop that they also do work for while working on my car (had them on speaker). I was listening to him giving the actual repair shop guy instructions on how to fix a car that they were working on that got towed in. The shop guy got the car running from Demetrius's instructions!! After I decided that my current AMSEC TL15 safe wasn't big or strong enough for my current needs, I went to a local safe shop. They did not have any safes that fit my needs (width at or under 28", TL30 rated). So I went looking.... I found ONE safe that met my wishes online....that was a pre-owned safe from Wilson. I contacted Coleen Murr (sales person EXTRAORDINAIRE) to confirm that the safe was still available. She did so, and was able to discuss payment options (I sent them a personal check & waited for it to clear). Wilson did a thorough "refurb" job on the safe, repainting it, and also replacing the lock mechanism (since the old lock had apparently died)...All at no additional charge. After my local safe guy with whom I'd previously done business decided that he didn't really want to meet my needs as a customer (complicated stuff like actually RESPONDING to texts in less than 7 days), I contacted Coleen. She was able to give me the name of a safe delivery business able to not only deliver my refurbished safe from Wilson, but remove my current safe (per my request), for a VERY reasonable price. Coleen coordinated delivery of the safe, communicating PRO number/carrier/delivery depot. Wilson not only provided me with a great safe at a very fair price, but they also threw in drilling mounting holes in the base of the TL30 safe (not cheap or easy), and also gave me a tool to open up the inner cover to the safe. As a person who is very quick to complain, bxtch & moan, I found the service from Wilson quite AMAZING. I would gladly do business with Wilson Safe in the future.
