Cassity came to my place for the last few years and I had good results. I pre-paid in full for two…read moretreatments spraying my crab trees so they do not lose their leaves by August. I received a check in the mail for the amount I paid over the winter. No explanation, no letter of apology, nothing, just a check. I called and they said that I am not in their service area any longer. Most likely due to gas prices I am guessing. However, they had sent a truck to spray a few days earlier to spray but it was raining. The guy called and he told me that it would not be recommended to do a spraying in the rain. I said ok and assumed they would come back out very soon as crab trees have a short time frame to be sprayed due to the apple scab fungus. Now, it is too late. They should have honored the contract and at least sprayed this year and then said it would be the last year. I know people that work there and from what I know, I would not go anywhere near this business in the future if I were you reading this. If you want to kill your business, ask Cassity how they did it. I am ashamed to even have done business with them now knowing what I know. My trees, however, are not going to do well this year.

In addition, Bryan trespassed to take a picture of my tree and he said he took it from the neighbors. From the angle of the picture, that was impossible! He even went so far as to demand any apology from me. The nerve. I have never encountered such a rude and dishonest businessperson in all my many years. I strongly recommended anyone tread with extreme caution if you choose to use this service.
