Fabulous service! He arrived to give me an estimate very quickly after it was requested. He was there when he said he would be and did not keep me waiting. He respected my time and I appreciated that very much. His estimate was VERY reasonable and comparable to others we received but his service FAR EXCEEDED that of others in our area. He scheduled our job very quickly and was here on time. His estimate gave a price range since he reasonably could not see all that needed to be done from the ground. He did NOT take advantage of that. He was very honest in what needed to be done and even after he did more than I expected on the job, he still only charged me the bottom of the range he had given me. Clean up was wonderful as well. Tree Frog did an amazing job! Called them in the morning, within ten minutes, Charles was in my driveway giving us a quote on a tree trimming job. Albeit a smaller job, they were back in the afternoon, trimmed out the tree, cleaned up the mess and even took a few extra branches we had cut off ourselves and efficiently disposed of them. The Tree Frog estimate was VERY reasonable and the customer service was "top notch" and very professional. Had a 70 foot tall tree on my property line in close proximity to my neighbor's swimming pool and a large limb over my garage that needed to be removed. Called Tree Frog on Tuesday, Charles bid the job that same day and gave me an excellent price. Said he could start the job on Thursday and be finished Friday, and that's how it happened. Tree Frog Service is great! I had a 30 foot tree and stump that needed to be removed in my front yard because the tree roots were causing my sewer line to get clogged. The tree was removed quickly. They are honest and kept me informed every step of the way. They also cleaned everything up afterwards and left my yard sparkling clean. They are very reasonably priced and do excellent work.
