The owner, Santiago, came out on time to assess my trees. He gave a great quote and started immediately. Two of my trees were huge and rotted in the center. It was just a matter of time before they toppled over and took out several homes. The other two were small, but entangled with power lines. His team did a fantastic job managing the tree removals behind a sloping hill. No issues with surrounding property on my side or my neighbors. Also he was great responding to my last minute request to remove an overgrown forsythia. On the final day when I had another contractor on the property to work inside the house, he was professional when sharing my narrow driveway so both companies could get their work done. New drainage system for pooling of water on my patio, 4, New plantings in the front of my house. Everything was sloppy--piles of concrete were at the bottom of my pool, which took months to get out. The concrete for the coping is now cracking and falling into my pool. I have dents in my fence; the fence gate lock doesn't work. The drainage system he installed to keep water from pooling on the patio doesn't work, and I still have dirt and water pooling there.I had to rip out dead plantings that he installed and replant using another landscaper.
