I been going into this store for some time now. and I always spend a good amount of money mind you…read moreI drive 1.5 hours away just to come to them I usually spend $100 or more. the last time I went into the store I noticed certain things that I usually buy looked a bit different that's fine I decided OK no worries I will still purchase the items as I am leaving the store walking to my vehicle I go and check on the Internet to see if it's OK what I was given because I'm taking a lot of things and I don't wanna harm myself at that point I noticed the dandelion that he gave me was very chalky white and when you look at that online it says that it was cut or has been mixed with four or whatever the case may be it's just not the actual one he gave me the last time at that point i than turn right back around and go back inside i respectfully and quietly due to them having customers show him my phone at that point he got loud tellin me don't believe the internet well his exact words was AI which I don't understand where that came from he don't trust the internet but I was a bit taken back and confused because he just did a whole google search to show me that what he was giving me was what I needed at that point I was a bit embarrassed and tried to just tell him hey I would just like to return that one item so I can leave he just kept gettin very loud at that point everyone in the store was watching him talk to me the way he was I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected it was very unprofessional after he kept going on and tellin me I don't deserve this or deserve that I than said I no longer want to do service with you now you can take everything all I was originally trying to explain to him was that it was a different color that it's was not pure that other in words, it might not have the proper nutrients he just got very upset. He continued yelling at me at that point he was very Hostile as if he was going to physically touch me coming towards me another gentleman that works there had to hold him back which was very uncomfortable and a bit ghetto for me. I thought, as if I was dealing with someone in the street and not in a business establishment I was calm at first, but as he kept going and disrespecting me in front of people, that's when I felt a little bit threatened by the situation. All I was gonna do was return that one thing literally that one thing but because again he was so unprofessional and very nasty I decided i no longer wanted his service so I returned everything I guess he did not like the fact I tried to explain to him what he gave me was not what I asked for or it was not the actual pure product so at that point again that's why I feel he was very angry.which make no sense to me if a customer is there saying they no longer want to purchase something that should not be a issue and let me make this clear that is the 1st time I ever did or ask them to do that He than proceeded to tell me that I wasted his time which again was not cool to say to a customer you are there to help he seemed annoyed when I was asking questions or asking about prices. Before this place opened, if you wanted organic food, you'd have to hop a bus for about 40 minutes. Not pleasant! Since they opened, I've checked them out about once (or more) times a week and I must say that it gets better every time. The selection increases and I do believe they're also getting fresher items. Now, they've got a lot more organic fruits (mangoes - oh joy!, melons, lots of apples and pears). Plus they've got an array of specialty grains, nuts, and rice along with green and/or organic toiletries, cleaning products, and of course...Vitamins! They also have a deli where you can order organic sandwiches and such, but I don't have the menu with me to comment on it. The prices here are pretty standard as far as organic markets go. Some things I do wish they could finagle the price down with their wholesalers, so the retail price could be more reasonable (sigh), but all in all I can't complain. Organic costs, but do you really want to put a price on your health?... Who am I kidding?! Yes, factor in the cost while you shop. I set a budget for essentials and stick to it. Though there are plenty exotic & tempting items that any foodie would love (the mangoes and dandelion greens are my personal favorites).

I had such a wonderful experience visiting in October 2025. I used to live in Queens and was visiting family for a Christening, then headed to Jersey for a funeral, then back to CT. Phew! I was so hungry and had a long drive ahead of me; I saw a few places but something told me to come here. The owner was so incredibly kind and personable! He set me up real quick with a P.B&J + Kale smoothie and some vegan patties: chicken, beef and lentil. They were so delicious. I knew exactly what I wanted - Rove 510 battery. Instead, Moe kept pushing me toward a Fernway battery. I told him what I wanted, but he insisted the Fernway was better. It was more expensive, but I figured maybe he knew what he was talking about. It had a cap, seemed more hygienic, so I trusted his recommendation and bought it. I also picked up a Jaunty Green Crack cartridge. A few days later, something happened that could have been seriously dangerous. The battery was OFF and sitting in my husband's pocket. Suddenly we started smelling something burning. We looked all over trying to figure out where it was coming from until my husband realized his chest was getting hot. We pulled the vape out of his pocket, and the entire glass cartridge had shattered. Oil was everywhere - inside his pocket, all over the battery - and the device was literally sizzling and smoking. We ended up throwing it into a bottle filled with liquid just to stop it from smoking. It was honestly terrifying to think about what could have happened if we hadn't noticed it when we did. That night I went back to the dispensary and spoke to Moe again, and somehow that experience was even worse than the first. He could not have cared less. No concern. No apology. No "I'm so sorry that happened." Nothing. He basically shrugged his shoulders and acted like it wasn't his problem. When I asked to speak with a manager, he told me nobody was available and that it wouldn't matter anyway because they'd just tell me the same thing. Look, I understand products can fail. That's not even what upset me the most. It's the complete lack of human decency. You convince me to buy something I didn't even come in for, charge me more for it, it fails in a way that could have seriously injured someone, and your response is essentially, "Not my problem." You can't even stand behind your own words. At the very least, replace the destroyed products, offer to contact the manufacturer, or show even an ounce of empathy. Instead, I walked out feeling like once they had my money, I no longer mattered. There are so many dispensaries in Queens that actually value their customers. I chose this one on a whim, and it was a huge mistake. Between the pushy sales tactics, the lack of product knowledge, and some of the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time, I will never be back. I called the store because I wanted to ask what types of cannabis products the store currently carries. When the employee answered, I politely asked to speak with the manager. Instead of simply transferring me, the employee repeatedly questioned me about why I wanted to speak with the manager. I explained that I simply wanted to speak with the person in charge, yet I was still questioned and had to wait approximately 5-10 minutes before being connected. Once I was finally transferred to the manager, the interaction immediately felt unnecessarily hostile and confrontational. His tone and attitude toward me were disrespectful from the beginning of the conversation. I was calling as a potential customer with a simple question about the products the store sells, and there was no reason for the interaction to become confrontational. When I addressed his attitude and explained that I was simply trying to get information as a customer, rather than attempting to de-escalate the situation or professionally address my concern, the manager became even more upset. He ultimately told me, "We're not going to sell you anything" and stated that he did not like the way I was speaking to him. I found this interaction extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I understand that employees and managers have the right to refuse service in certain circumstances, but the way this situation was handled was completely unnecessary. I contacted the store intending to potentially make a purchase and simply wanted information about the products available. Instead, I was treated as though I had done something wrong simply for asking to speak with a manager and questioning the manager's attitude toward me. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed by the appropriate person in management or corporate leadership. I would also like the conduct of the manager and the employee who initially handled my call to be addressed appropriately. Customers should be able to contact a business, ask reasonable questions, and expect to be treated with basic professionalism and respect. Regardless of whether the manager agreed with me or liked the way I responded to his attitude, his position as a manager should require him to remain professional and de-escalate customer concerns rather than escalate them. I am not writing this complaint simply because I was refused service. I am writing because of the manner in which I was treated and because I believe the interaction fell far below the standard of customer service that should be expected from a manager representing your business. They do price match so if you find the product elsewhere including online they'll match.The cashiers are knowledgeable and will often suggest generic or lesser known brands or quantities that are of comparable value. It's convenient and the product is there.
