Typical Chinese pharmacy. We asked where the Motrin was and the pharmacist walks over to the counter, shuffles around, and finally hands it over to us. We pay and leave. As we get back home and open it, we realize she gave us Motrin for kids and there was a recall for them. No wonder we weren't able to find it at any of the bigger chain pharmacies (CVS, Walgreens, etc.). Makes me think she probably had no more adult Motrin and tried to do a quick sell with the kids Motrin which it appeared was the only one left.

I always come here to pick up my mom's meds. They're super friendly. The only downside is parking sucks out here

Although the pharmacy is not my favorite because they do not have convenient hours. It is a very large location , everything for the most part is set up nicely through out the store. Checking out can be pain sometimes as they don't seem to have enough people the lines tend to get long usually once they realize the lines they end up getting another cashier to open. During the quarantine they did a good job at keeping the crowds organized, lines outside & limited amount coming in. Can't say it was fun waiting online to enter but because of COVID for now this seems to be the new normal & worked out ok.

They seem to only have 1 person at the pharmacy helping customers, and 5 people back there. Ive literally waited over an hour before. Today I waited 30 mins with only 3 people ahead of me. I dread coming here. I gave them 2 stars because they are a good location, but there is a Walgreens across the street that is 24 hrs and has better sales.

A new head pharmacist treated me like a drug seeking when I initially went to renew my pain meds (I've been on for five years successfully). I saw the others there take her aside and vouch for me. I know some customers can be demanding but over time it's calmed down. Very sweet staff that does their best as they can. Workers at the store always say hello and ask how I'm doing. It truly is a neighborhood store.

When it was finally my turn, the employee became distracted by a colleague and proceeded to ignore me entirely while they focused on a phone. This lack of attention was unprofessional and disrespectful. When she eventually completed my transaction, she handled my items carelessly--scanning my purchase and then tossing it onto the counter without any regard. This level of service is unacceptable. Customers should not be ignored, dismissed, or treated with such disregard. I expect basic professionalism, attentiveness, and respect when making a purchase. This incident should be reviewed and addressed immediately to ensure this type of behavior does not continue.

I've been coming here for many years but in the past maybe 2-3 years this place definitely has gone…read moredown by a lot. To start off it's always hard to find someone to help you out and now most of their products are locked in the display cases so you need to first find an employee and then drag them to your case just to open it. They also eliminated their huge greeting card selection which was always nicely stacked and now it's just a small section with few basic cards. Not to mention CVS is always so much more expensive then other stores so if you don't have a coupon you're paying full price and then some! The only good thing is this location is open 24/7 so you can walk in anytime and get whatever you may need. Hopefully things improve at some point!

I asked to speak with the supervisor, but she was arrogant and refused to assist me properly. I had proof by email that my doctor had already sent the prescription. In addition, the nurse personally called the pharmacy to confirm that the prescription had been sent and that the pharmacy had received it in their system. Despite all of this, they still refused to give me my medication. What made the experience even worse was the way I was treated as a Spanish speaker. There were employees who spoke Spanish, but no one was willing to properly help or listen to me. I felt discriminated against and dismissed instead of being treated with professionalism and respect. This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating.

The lines can get pretty long, especially if they only have one or two people in the front checking out. Not sure what happened to the self-checkout machines that they had before. It was definitely a lot more efficient before and now, it feels like they backtracked. The location is pretty clean and they usually have everything that I need in stock. Recently, they also started locking certain things up, which I imagine is due to more things being stolen. I haven't had any major problems with that but it can be a little annoying sometimes to press on the help button whenever you need to get something. There are a lot of personal things that are locked away so it's kind of awkward at times as well. My sister wanted to buy deodorant and even that was locked up. We had to press the button and wait for staff to awkwardly navigate through the various scents until we found which one we wanted.

Rang a second one that didn't work. I asked a man stocking shelves to help me and he didn't even look up and said "in a minute" in a rude manner. I asked a female worker to help me and she came immediately. We passed the guy and he said "I said to wait a minute!" again rudely with a raised voice. " I told him he was rude and he protested. Come on! When people are shopping and spending what is now a ridiculous amount of money for items at your business you can't be so rude! Plus, it's their decision to lock things up and it feels like they blame the customers. I told them that I would buy it somewhere else. I can deal with a short wait but the rudeness is so unnecessary. Tired of dealing with that.
