We live in another great GreyStar community and we are in the last month of our 15 months lease, so…read morebecause we need more space, and our building doesn't have any unit that would be affordable for us on the size we need, we started to look for another property, of the same level, and we decided to look first, with the the same Brand. We found The Pointe at Sienna Ridge and made an appointment to see Jodi, the Leasing Consultant, who was so friendly on the phone....We got there and were so pleased with the way she made us feel so welcome, with that beautiful smile,so friendly and 5 Stars professionalism ! She has shown us, a few units to choose from, and told us about the special promotions and we were very impressed and happy about everything....We were approved on the application and chose a unit. Jodi, ended up staying in the office later than usual to help us out ... Unfortunately, on the way back home, it was too dark on the highways and we realized how my sister was going to have to drive alone at night, coming from work, so far away, and we decided not to move in... We really felt bad about not moving in, because Jodi had made us feel like that was our home...We also appreciated how friendly Maria was when we walked in and some of the neighbors that we were introduced to, also. We ended up finding another location, that also belongs to GreyStar, and are going to be renting there, because it's very close to my sister's job. Thank you

We…read moreleft our apartment immaculate and wish we would have took a video because the company Range Water/Apex Posner Park hired "Regen" suddenly found a crack on a soap dish in the shower which was not there when we left. We patched up any screw/nail holes we made, but we received a bill for $648 for soap dish and drywall. Which absorbed our deposit and we had to send more money. We also had an ongoing problem with roaches and silver fish, despite several trips from pest control. We could not get out of there fast enough.

Modern styled light fixtures & ceiling fans, recessed lighting, and wood flooring throughout, in a beautiful easy to maintain color! There are many more amenities/apartment features to list.. can't give away everything in this review now I have to mention the true professionals : The management team/leasing associates. They are the most friendly, professional team, I have had the pleasure of leasing with in years! It's the first time I signed a lease confidently without worrying about potential future issues or being hit with additional monthly surprise community/amenity fees, billing, surcharges & special addendums I never recalled signing (ultimately, adding hundreds of extra dollars monthly to contracted rental amount. Beyond refreshing to find ethical management companies and staff..stilll exist! Now, I've saved the best for last, my rockstar leasing associate, RACHEL!! Due to unforeseen circumstances, my rental timeline was nonexistent. I had 2 days to secure a place! She went above and beyond to ensure my application was processed immediately and I was able to move in on the spot! Even staying late to make sure I was completely taken care of while she also balances other scheduled appointments giving the same level of time and attention to everyone! Make sure you ask for her!!! Visit Apex in Posner Park before making your new home decision, you'll definitely be glad you did! Be sure to check out the new resident specials as well! They thought they had settled on a place when they found this one and it turned out to be a real good fit for them. They had an excellent move-in special that made the price a bit lower than what they had been anticipating paying. It will give him a chance to save a little extra money over the next year as well. I accompanied them when they went to the actual move-in after they had signed the initial agreement. We had to get some extra paperwork together that was needed to verify income and such and we brought that in so they could make copies and then get the keys. And went with them into the actual apartment to do a once-over and help them find anything that might need repair immediately. We compiled a list of minor items with only a couple of them needing to be done ASAP. The people that handle the service have been very friendly and efficient. The kids are now in a nice two bedroom apartment with good natural lighting and plenty of room for all their things. I've been helping them since the move-in with various small things that they have needed help with along the way. We've spent a bit of time chatting with the three people primarily working in the office and have all gotten to know them really well in a very short period of time. The complex has a very nice pool area with a section setup for entertaining along with a couple of barbecue grills and also a cooler. In the main office area there is a small business center there is a bit of a meeting room along with a coffee maker a refrigerator and bottled water available. Off to the side they have a small fitness center that the kids have already started using. You can access the fitness center 24 hours a day which is a nice touch. One of the big pluses about this complex is that it's up near the Posner Park area with plenty of stores to shop in and several restaurants within a very short distance. A new feature is coming just at the end of Posner is a BJ's wholesale club.

They charge you for even the slightest things, so when you move out, make sure to clean, make any necessary repairs, and paint on time; otherwise, don't expect to get your security deposit back. They expect you to paint and leave the apartment ready for the next tenant. The monthly service fee is confusing and excessive.

Common areas were neglected, and the pool was almost always out of service, even though it's advertised as a major amenity. The staff made the situation even worse. Michael Tony was extremely rude and unprofessional, making it uncomfortable to address any concerns. The office staff were incompetent and disorganized, often giving incorrect information or failing to follow up altogether. The most ridiculous part of my experience was being threatened with eviction because my downstairs neighbor complained about me walking in my own apartment. I wasn't being loud or disruptive--just normal daily movement. Management made no attempt to mediate or handle the situation fairly and instead immediately blamed me. Overall, Dunson Grove Apartments lacks basic cleanliness, professionalism, and respect for tenants. I would not recommend living here to anyone looking for a safe, well-managed place to call home.
