This is the worst apartment complex we have ever lived in. If you care about your sanity do not move here or even consider it. Condition of the community. For a near new community it looks and feels like it is 10+ years old with stained concrete and damage everywhere. The roofs of the buildings show mold everywhere and have paint and siding just falling off. Noise: If you need a quiet place this is not it. We can hear dogs barking, doors slamming, and constant noise all day every day. We have been woken up by loud dogs, music, and just about anything you can think of on a regular basis. However the noise from that is nothing in comparison to the next thing on the list below. Building wide fire alarms are broken and do not work properly. They have gone off between the hours of midnight and 5AM at least 5 times since I have lived here. The alarm is painfully loud and goes for 10-20+ minutes before it can be turned off by the fire department. Terrible construction quality (reflected in how the buildings look and feel). The floors are not even properly adhered down in the units so anywhere you put furniture it will peel the floor up. The bathrooms are not made correctly as well so you will always get mold growing in the spaces where the caulking is not done properly or the drain pan is for the shower. We have to heavily bleach this every week. Amenities are always taken up by large groups of people even late at night (I have seen the cops called multiple times to deal with this). They have tried to start cracking down on this though recently so it may be fixed. Flooding issues: Constant flooding anytime there is hard or even mild rain for an extended time. The entire center courtyard will flood, the parking lot, and even the gym and main office areas. The only good part about this complex is the maintenance team. If you have a serious issue like AC going out or a broken appliance they are always there to get it taken care of quick. If this whole community was ran with the same care as the maintenance team it would be amazing. read more

While out of price for myself, the office was very kind and quick and the Simone apartment I toured was beautiful. Neighborhood seemed laid back and easy going. If I had the budget I definitely would've signed! read more

phenomenal layout. Natalie was a true joy and extremely helpful on out tour. The amenities are quite nice especially the salt water pool.

I'm going to be honest, these are perfectly acceptable apartments but there is a lot of work to be done to make them great. Pros: Maintenance team is very responsive, friendly and respectful. They wave when they see you around the property and they are quick to fix things. The property itself is in a great location. 15 minutes door to door from any Disney park. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Mostly young professionals and families. Cons: you are forced to use their internet and it's awful. So many dead spots in my apartment and they can't seem to get it right. They direct me to the service provider who directs me back to them. Honestly it's really annoying. I would rather have my own for the price. When I signed my lease I was promised a garage. They rented it to someone else, forcing me to get a storage unit and also duke it out for parking with my small baby. I was promised the first available garage in my building would be mine but I have seen people move out of the garages without one being offered to me. Speaking of parking. The lots are a mess because of the construction that's still going on. So many of the spots are unavailable or blocked off by trucks. Additionally many amenities are not available due to this Mask are suppose to be required inside and in the gym but no one wears them and when asked about it the front office staff did not do anything. We have had multiple issues with pest despite the fact that we have cleaners come to our home once a week and are very clean people. We have never had any pest issues anywhere else we have ever lived but continue to have them here. Overall these apartments are shiny on the outside but really just ok. You will be safe, you'll have a very pretty apartment, but just know there are a ton of growing pains and for the price i just don't think it's worth it. read more

Terrible attendance !! We scheduled a visit twice on different days and came from Jacksonville to see the apartments and in addition to not having scheduled our appointment, we were very Poorly attended to by the employee, Nataly, who is very polite! I showed the appointment on my phone to the employee and she told me: I don't have the problem in my system, if you want, you can sit there and wait but you won't be answered! I do not recommend this condominium to anyone! Poorly educated and unqualified attendant for customer service! Ps: This was the second visit that we had the same problem, ok the first time I said the same thing! read more

Their on-site property management team is a joke. They fix small items quickly which was appreciated, but anything large is difficult. My unit flooded from construction debris in the pipes, was forced to relocate for a few days to a hotel, I was only given a $100 credit for the whole time. When I left, they had a credit card on file for any final charges, which they did not use as agreed upon and reported a balance due to credit agencies affecting my credit score. Great location but unfortunately many many things are wrong here. The business pods which were listed as a perk have been taken away and are now for employees only. The elevators broke a week before we had to move in, they refused to switch us to the first floor, refused to give a discount to wait until they were fixed, and refused to answer my email about how they should at least show residents here some compassion about it. Trash is in the hallways for days smelling up the corridors. The stairwells are nasssssty and not being cleaned, and you have no choice but to use the stairs because, did I mention, there's no elevators? Now the stairwell doors don't even stay open, they used to have magnetic doorstops, but they are unpowered now due to shutting off the fire suppression system, which they apparently did to fix the chirping sound it made, instead of, I don't know, FIXING IT? When you talk to management they simply say sorry, no further actions. We're stuck here for a long time due to the lease and because I can't handle moving again when there's no elevator. Not sure if I mentioned the elevator lol Nice location but look elsewhere. read more

so that last review one year ago, yeah nothing changed, it only became worse. now counting the days until my lease is up. nobody cares at all about the conditions of the buildings or around the buildings. someone said the buildings look 10 years old, i say 15. if anyone has any interest, just walk up the stairs and through the hallways of the buildings and you will RUN to your car to leave. i will agree maintenance is on top of the problems with your apartment when notified but again, nothing is done in the common areas. the hallways and walls and ceilings are literally falling apart and filthy....totally disgusting!!!! read more

My husband and I recently moved into an apartment in Delamarre at Celebration. The ladies in the leasing office were so helpful; before, during and after our move-in. I can't thank them enough for their ongoing help. The maintenance team has also been amazing. We had some issues at move-in with broken items. These problems were promptly addressed, and with the exception of a couple of things that have to be ordered, have been fixed. Delamarre has great amenities and we love our apartment. I'm looking forward to living here and enjoying both the Delamarre community and the larger Celebration community for many years to come. read more

Nice complex. Still doing construction on other buildings. Some neighbors are pretentious. Majority are super nice.When I moved in, I literally have no furniture so the apartment is empty. I also have a dog. I dropped my phone and also my dog got off the bed. The next day I got a noise complaint. Some furniture we bought has to be put together and made. As we were putting our furniture together, downstairs neighbor pounds on the roof. Mind you, this was at 6:30pm. Outside of quiet hours on a Saturday. We live in an apartment complex, noise is bound to happen. Other than that, it's a nice place and I feel safe here. Gym is large but people don't put away the weights & other equipment after use. Very rarely has it been busy so that's been good. read more
