No matter the issue or question I had, they would respond almost immediately, and work with me, even on a Sunday evening. The apartment I rented was finished the day before I moved in, so there was no issues on the cleanliness or state of the apartment. Sergio and Corinn were in touch with me throughout the move-in and I appreciated that immensely. They also kept in touch throughout the year to check in and keep us updated for the weather conditions and such. They truly put together a clean and welcoming apartment and it was clear to me they truly wanted to make those of us who rented from them welcome. They play nice but don't really care. The people above me have children and that's fine but have a little consideration on the people below you. Living alone as a 21 year old single female Ive decided to get a motion detected door camera for the outside of my unit and a in home motion camera for the inside of my unit. Office notified about each incident. First red flag: no Strike plate on my door! Here we go May 5th 2021: I got a notification on my phone saying there was motion inside my home. I checked my door camera app and saw footage of a man entering my apartment! (has the footage save to this day) Immediately stopped what I was doing AT WORK and called the office! I was told it was a Exterminator. Later got a call back saying it was Maintenance man! No one in office had a idea of who this man was inside of my apartment. I got one final call back saying a letter was placed under my door the day before letting me know he would be entering. My motion detected cameras notify s me EVERY TIME the guy comes around to put the payment letters under the door but for some reason not this letter. To this day I never found the letter anywhere in my apartment or received apology from mystery man. SUMMER 2021: Multiple random notes with drugs attached placed on my car windshield. October 19th 2021: I walked across from my unit to the laundry room to do a wash. There I saw a man strung out on the floor with a needle right beside him (again i have footage of this). I immediately took a photo called the office no answer maybe because at this time its 9pm. I call again the next day office tells me she know who he is once I describe him. Needle stayed in laundry room for a good 3 months. Broken washer/dryer, stolen packages, no hot water, noisy and trashy neighbors plus BUGS! Do not move here.

I am posting this review based on my personal experience and have photographs documenting the condition of the work. The finish work was extremely disappointing. There are areas with rough and uneven surfaces, poorly finished trim/molding, visible imperfections, and workmanship that in my opinion does not resemble a professionally finished $25,000 bathroom renovation. When I raised concerns and sent photographs, I was shocked to receive a response stating, "That's not my work." I have retained the photographs, communications, payment records, and other documentation relating to the project. For a renovation costing this much money, I expected professional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a finished bathroom that would not require significant corrective work. I strongly recommend that anyone considering Mirra & Sons Complete Carpentry carefully document the proposed scope of work, obtain a detailed written contract, verify the contractor's current Pennsylvania home-improvement registration, establish payment milestones, and thoroughly inspect the work before making final payment. This review reflects my experience with this project, and the photographs speak for themselves.
