I have some great things to say about this property management group! I have been living in one of their properties for over two years now, and I enjoy their service. Any time there has been an issue Dulce, who is a property for my complex, is always there to attend to the issue. My apartment is older, so there has been some issues with leaks in the roof, pipes, and some pests, but Dulce has found a solution for each one. My building now has a new roof, the pipes where reworked which fixed the eaks, and the pest are none existent. I would have to say the only down fall is that sometimes it can be hard to get in touch with the group via phone, but they are always quick to respond Via email. Over all I am happy with Presidio and I plan to resign for my 3rd year! read more

When I first moved to Austin, I was fresh out of college and waiting to hear from grad school, so I moved into an apartment complex where my best friend lived, who was still in school. The complex didn't have a name, but it was located at 709 W 26th Street. For the majority of the two years I lived there, the property was managed by Presidio Group. Presidio Group was okay, for a while. They weren't too good or too bad. My apartment had a persistent gas leak that could never be identified, and I called Texas Gas Service out a few times, and they finally decided it was probably coming through my walls from another source. Even with that, I wasn't too angry. But at one point, a water heater went out that controlled the hot water for three apartments, including mine. Despite us contacting them numerous times, it didn't get fixed for THREE WEEKS. We didn't have hot water for showers or dishes or three weeks! I took showers at every friend's house I had. It was ridiculous. After it finally got fixed, we asked them to please consider what we'd been through and make it right through discounting our rent for the month. No dice. They refused. Can you believe that? We eventually talked them into a $100 discount, and that was all they'd give us. read more

Presidio (Dulce and Keith) have been the managers for my house for 15 years. They've been very communicative and really supportive of me being an absentee landlord while I lived overseas. I'm finally able to move back into my house and while it's been a rental for a long time and needs work, they've done a great job with upkeep and maintenance. They are pro-landlord so I always felt like they had things under control and I really trusted them to take care of things. They always found me great tenants and I can highly recommend them. I'm happy to have my house back but I wouldn't hesitate to have them manage it again if I needed to rent it again. 5 stars, no reservations. read more

I've lived in a Presidio managed duplex for 3 years and it has been perfectly lovely. Our home was obviously well maintained before we moved in and on the few times we needed something fixed, plumbing, electricity, etc., it was fixed the very next day. I have had auto payments set up for the rent for years and when my bank switched my account number early 2019 it showed as a missed payment. I called Dulce and she was very professional and kind. She waived the late fee no problem. Any time I have had to call or email management, my questions were always answered in a timely manner and the issues resolved to everyone's liking. I'm sad to leave this house, but I know whoever moves in after us will have a great experience as well! read more

Presidio group has managed my duplex for nearly a decade now, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service they provide. Vacancies have been short, and they do a great job at finding excellent tenants that have stayed for multiple leases. As a landlord, I get notified immediately if there's any maintenance requirements, and they do a good job notifying and scheduling times when service people can be in the unit. They're terrific on walk-throughs as well. Not only are they my property managers, but Ron was also my realtor for selling my last home and buying my the one I'm in now. He's excellent at really listening to our needs, and didn't waste any of our time showing us houses that weren't where we wanted to live. He knows the market well, got a great price for the house we sold, and got us an excellent deal on the house we bought. Keith and Dulce at Presidio have been my property managers for the last two years. They took over from 12 Rivers who were objectively awful. I never actually knew who was managing the property, I discovered (after talking to a tenant for hours) about some sketchy accounting, and they left about 10 - 15K in damage that I found when I came back to do a walk-through. During the pandemic after I asked 12 Rivers if they could please just write me back in less than two weeks they said "Maybe we aren't the right property managers for you" and I realized, that was absolutely correct. A friend recommended Presidio after having a great experience and so I immediately emailed them and they took over right away. They have been wonderful, are communicative with my tenants, and always email me back within 24 hours. I want my tenants to feel supported and I want my property taken care of and they do a great job with both. read more

I have lived at Winhurst apartments since 2010 which is managed by Presidio Group Realtors and they have been very good to me. The rent is very affordable, quiet and quaint complex, beautiful prime location (northwest hills), and the management is great. Whenever I had a problem with anything which was rare they sent over one of their best maintenance crews (Louis) to take care of it. Louis is very personable and professional. The management kept the exterior and grounds of the property cleaned regularly as well as renovated all the units. If your looking for affordable rent, quiet, accessible and great management this is your place. Presidio is great to work with. read more

This realtor group is so RUDE!! I spoke to Ron Reeder twice about something concerning the lease and about something that was broken in the house. He was rude, and practically hung up on me. Dulce Perez, the property manager takes forever to return calls or emails. Our door has been broken for over 5 months, and still has not been repaired. It is so hard to find a person or a group of people you can rent from who are not con Artist in Austin. When we moved into our duplex we should have realized that something was wrong when the tenants who lived next to us started laughing and said "oh they got you too huh" They were moving out with in a month and felt like we should be in the know. The leasing agent doesn't care about you , they just want your money. we were paying 200 dollars more for our unit when it wasn't even updated. (no dishwasher, disposal, no new carpet and the woman before us had cats) she constantly wanted late fees even when i explained we slipped the money into the box the night before the money was due. she said because she hasn't been at work and the person "told" her it wasn't there. WTF go look! Maintenance is horrible. when you schedule a time and a date , please don't stick to it because they don't. Dulce is a mean person and a horrible manager. no human compassion at all. I lived in the unit for 3 yrs and watched 3 sets of people move out of the other side, and i always thought that they would be kind when we moved out, i mean we were good people, always on time with rent and kept the yard clean. But no, the worst is moving out because they want 60 days to move out not the 30 days you signed in the lease. Horrible horrible people. just go talk to people before you sign a lease, or ask the people who are moving out before hand. that way you don't get stuck with people like that read more

A friend referred me to Ron at Presidio for my first home, and he has been great from the start. He kept things at my pace, and educated me throughout the way on things I feel your average Realtor would not take the time to speak to you about. I had just finished my lease this past July at Somerset Condominiums: a property under the management of Presidio Group Realtors. While all of our requests were managed (for the most part), they were BY NO MEANS IN A TIMELY MANNER. Doing my best to remain professional, having emailed with the proper subject lines, explaining any issues with the apartment that occurred in detail, I would more times than not, never hear back! If I did hear back, it was mainly because I had called the property manager myself (Dulce Perez, and sometimes Keith McKeachie). There was a point toward the end of my lease, that my apartment was 90 degrees during the summer, and I could not get in touch with Presidio! I even went through the online portal to input the maintenance request, and despite the fact that this could very well be considered a maintenance emergency, I was still unable to hear from them in a timely manner. I only offer 2 stars instead of 1 since they EVENTUALLY got back to us on our requests. read more

I recently moved to Austin and rented a polished turd from Presidio group. These people do not care about their tenant all they want is your money. I was 7 months pregnant and the air condition goes out in july in central Texas and there was no ergencies to get it fixed. It was my problem. Oh and when i moved out the will nickle and dime you on repairs that they create just to take your deposit and not reimburse you, Presidio Group is a horrible company and beware if you use their property. read more

These people are the worst land lords I've ever had. I've been living in the duplex for 10 months and we've had several maintenance issues which have not been resolved. The fence in the backyard had a huge hole in it that only got patched up after our neighbors who share a fence with us left and their landlords resolved that issue. There's also an area of fence that is only connected to our house that is nearly falling apart, still not fixed 10 months later. The floors were disgusting when we moved in because they never had them cleaned prior to us moving in. I've attempted to clean them on several occasions and could never get them fully clean. I've even had a cleaning crew come in to clean them on my dime and they couldn't get them clean. I've asked Persidio on several occasions to have someone come out with buffers to clean it... Ignored. The dishwasher is leaking and the dryer won't dry the first go round but if you run it again it'll burn your clothes. I complained about this and put in a maintenance request, that was two months ago. They sent a guy out once who didn't do anything except look it over, said he was coming back with parts, but never did. Now for the fun part, my roommate decided he was going to move out and in with his girlfriend He put in his 30 day notice saying that I was staying (because I'm in a financially precarious position and cannot really afford to look for a new place). They decided that his 30 day notice was also going to be mine and that I was going to have to leave at the end of the month despite the fact that I never signed anything stating I was leaving. AND MY NAME WAS ON THE LEASE. They didn't care. They just wanted me out. AS I SAID BEFORE THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST LANDLORDS EVER! And Dulce is the worst one of all. read more
