The PHO with brisket was delicious and everyone liked their tea drinks (though one person found the Boba chewy even though the tea was delicious). The pineapple green tea was a hit! About half the group got cold noodle dishes and half Pho. Kids and adults were happy and the staff couldn't have been better! We had several people in the group who found this a very authentic Pho experience. What a great find! I will be back for more milk tea soon!

I stopped in today and even though they are brand-new and supply chain kinks are being worked out, they offer the majority of their flavors with a smile. Like many Midland businesses today, their POS card system was affected by internet outages. But the owner and her employee balanced customers' needs for speedy and efficient service with their need to also pay by card. If you are looking for business done the "old fashioned way" where the business truly does care about customer service while they also value their employees. And what results is a beautiful little boba tea restaurant that is full of delicious drinks to provide a quiet refuge in the busy mall! I can't wait to stop there whenever I shop!
