Press has some of the best coffee in Phoenix, and I've always enjoyed the quality of their drinks. Most of the staff at this location are friendly, welcoming, and provide great service. Unfortunately, there is one barista an older gentleman with ginger hair and a beard whose attitude consistently makes the experience uncomfortable. Every time I've interacted with him, he has been rude when I ask for simple modifications like adding an extra shot or substituting milk. He often responds with unnecessary comments and an unfriendly attitude that makes customers feel unwelcome. I really love Press, but because of these repeated experiences, I don't think I'll be returning to this location anytime soon. read more

Been coming to this location for the better part of three years and while the staff has changed a couple times in that time, whoever has been there have always been friendly and delivered top service and quality product. My Waze didn't bring me to the roundabout. So it was a bit hard to find. There's underground parking lot but I heard you have to pay. Such a great gem in the mix of Arcadia, Biltmore area! They have a bunch of locations around the valley and a valley company favorite. I always love their lineup of Shakers! If you're looking for a specialty coffee, I highly recommend their Honey Cinnamon or their seasonal selection. During the fall, they have a Pumpkin Shaker and during the winter, they have a Peppermint Mocha Shaker. You cannot go wrong with any of these! They are not too sweet and are 16oz. I love their Biltmore location because you can go for work, school, leisure, or a casual environment to catch up with a friend. No matter who is at the counter or behind the bar, they are friendly and welcoming. Overall, this is a place to treat yourself. They are a little pricey for the specialty drinks at base of $5.75 + tax + tip and the total is about $7.40-$8.00 for a drink. read more

Now, that I'm no longer located above it, I felt the urge to stop by while passing it! The location had always been consistently busy and very popular place for meetings! Overall specious, some unique seating and not great for groups larger than four. I always stuck with one delicious, beer perfect drink. The Chocolate PB Shaker! An ice coffee, protein concoction! Not too sweet, can still taste and appreciate the coffee and honestly hits the spot every time. I wish it was a more popular beverage to get at other coffee bars, because I'd get it 9/10 times! The service is always super friendly and they get drinks out promptly! I find it particular pricey for a coffee beverage though. It comes out to 5.98 and if you leave a dollar tip, basically 7 dollars. Doesn't break the bank, but reminded me why I rarely visited or did in more on occasion! In addition, this location also has a small refrigerated area with food from the breakfast shop next door and few other snacks, also on the more expensive side. I'd can't say I'm coming back to watch the super bowl on it, but it was pretty cool to have on. I was disappointed in the drip coffee though , I've had better from Press. Not sure how I worked in this office complex for over a year before I ventured over to try Press. Unfortunately for my bank account I now go basically every morning the days I work in the office. To keep costs under control I mainly order a small drip coffee. The appearance of the drip coffee has a degree of clarity to it which translates to the taste as well. It's just so good, and consistent - day after day after day, I've walked away with the same cup of coffee. I usually have a splash of almond milk added - they use a barista blend that is incredibly smooth and creamy. A small few times they have missed adding the milk, but because this is really top quality coffee I am able to drink it black. One thing to note: on occasion, I like to order the cortado, which is not commonly found at US coffee shops. However, I do prefer this drink with dairy milk, and they don't seem to keep 2% on hand. Rather, they mix whole and skim when 2% is ordered. When whole and skim milk are mixed, I taste 50/50 of each, not 2%. This is a big deterrent for the cortado, as almond milk is a whole $1 extra and it's not even really what I want. Anyway, while I'm primarily coming for the drinks, I also really love starting my office day by popping into the busy and very business-y vibe here. For a moment you feel like you are grabbing coffee on the way to your office in a big city. I was surprised how quickly the baristas learned my name given the buzz. Also love that they have a few Noble pastries and cookies for sale. Usually those are a weekend treat for me but one day I'll be spontaneous and grab one during the week! All in all, this is one of those little businesses I just love and hope never changes. read more

I gently let him know I wanted the "no room" pour, but he went on about "we're running a business here" and on and on... as if. Anyway. RUDE. Stopped by real quick for a last minute gift card and found this location to be really nice. I knew there was a press coffee in this building but could never figure out exactly where as it's not apparent from neither 24th st not Camelback Rd but I managed to find it. Plenty of parking which is always a plus. Staff was friendly. This is the perfect spot for getting work done while enjoying some warm drinks. This was my First visit to this location after many years of frequenting the Kierland location due to working at Apple it was a staple!! This location is gorgeous with a very open concept- a drastic difference from the small location at Kierland. One thing- they don't have a kitchen... That was disappointing because I was looking forward to a similar menu option for a Morning toast or something beyond pastries with my coffee. But, other than that the staff was friendly and efficient- not as friendly as Kierland but they Knew Me there because I have quite a coffee habit!! The good thing about this coffee shop is there is a cute area outside of it and the inside is fairly spacious for a coffee shop and there is a nice ambiance. On the flip side, I had a chocolate peanut butter drink, the peanut butter taste was a bit overwhelming and the drink was a bit powdery, but not the worst! The worst part about this visit was the customer service. The coffee shop itself is pretty loud and vibrant. I took a call and forgot my headphones so the server passed by and told me to take my phone off speaker (which was Low) "or put on headphones or something".
