This is going to sound odd, but I'm leaving a 5 star review for a company I actually didn't use. You'll find the "story" below. Bottom line is, if we buy another property in the area that needs a new roof, we will go with Pressure Point Roofing. If anyone every asks us for a recommendation on a roofer, we will say definitely call Pressure Point Roofing. Here's the story: We were getting solar on the house and didn't want to put it onto a roof that we knew only had a few more years left. The solar company we chose also does roofs, but the price was really high. We chose to look for a local roofer to put on the roof and then we would get the solar put on. It was a gamble. The solar needed to be installed before 12/31/2025 to qualify for the federal rebate. We called 3 recommended roofers. One had a phone message saying they were booked out until December. Another didn't even call back. Pressure Point Roofing called back and was able to come out within days to talk with us. Enter Nick! He was friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable. He explained everything, showed us the materials they would use, explained how they would be used, described the different warranty options, etc. There wasn't a question he didn't answer and he didn't BS us on anything. You see, he didn't know at the time, but I come from a long line of folks who built houses. It helps me weed out shady salesmen. We were all set to choose roofing color and get us set up. The only draw back is they were booking out until the end of October. We could have made that work by rearranging a planned trip, but worried if that would work with the solar company's schedules. Then, the next morning, we received a call from the solar company saying they could install our solar in the next couple of days. They offered to install it now on our old roof and, if we went with their roofing, remove and reinstall it for free after the new roof was installed. It was a really hard decision. We loved Nick and what Pressure Point Roofing offered, but ended up going with the solar company's offer. It was really all about timing. We get to enjoy the savings on our electric bill almost immediately and we know for certain we will not miss the 12/31/2025 deadline for the solar incentive. read more

I have used them before and been satisfied. Just had a small leak that they repaired, and as a result their repair started a larger leak about 20" from the original. After notifying of the leak their repair caused, they told me after the fact they didn't guarantee leak repairs and would charge me again to come out. It was $350. Very disappointing! read more

Pressure point provided us with a time frame that the job would be completed. However, they ended up changing the time and the job took three times longer than anticipated. We ended up with two flat tires due to their carelessness with throwing materials off the roof during the process. Overall, the roof turned out good, but the workers were supposed to come back and fix a few things and never did follow through. Needed a final inspection of my roof by a 3rd party before my home warranty expired as the builder made many mistakes and I did not trust them with the outstanding issues. Since the remaining issues with the roof were minor, the inspector was kind enough to bundle the inspection and the actual cost of fixing all the remaining issues into one single fair trip charge. 5+ Words cannot describe how wonderful of an experience we had with this company. Hands down...THE BEST! Roof was finished after lunch today! Like most people we reached out to several companies for quotes. Pressure Point came in middle of the road as far as price. Did some research on each. Some of them took their time to give us our quote and they didn't seem prepared with a 'get 'er done' attitude. Others Seem to have a hard time answering my questions or having enough information for me to make any informed decision. When Pressure Points's representative came out for our quote he talked with me about several different different options and the benefits of each, including warranty options, color, and potential timeline for getting the roof replaced. He also provided me with a brochure which gave me more information about the different types of roofing, color options, warrantees and so on. Once we made a tentative date they were very communicative and provided updates - if that date changed because of weather or workload. Once the date was confirmed they showed up as promised and completed our roof in 2 1/2 days, start to finish. Their crew was professional, personable, timely and responsible. They didn't cut corners, making sure any issues were addressed. They also cleaned up so well that we couldn't even tell that work had been done. I would gladly choose Pressure Point again and refer them to friends and family! Thank you for the beautiful and worry-free roof! Pressure Point did some work on our barn roof and it was a terrible experience. The gutters started coming off in about 4 weeks and I had to go up and fix them myself. The gutter guys also left nails, screws and debris everywhere. When the roofers had made repairs to one half of the roof, they were packing up to leave and I asked about the other side. They said they were told to only do the one side. WTH, who only fixes one side, the bid was to fix the leaks on the roof. I raised hell, they called the boss and since they had enough materials to do the other side, they stayed there and finished. First rain it was leaking again. I could actually see daylight through the missing screw holes. They came back after I complained. I will never deal with them again. read more

The crew did a fantastic job! They were courteous to our homeowners while work was being done on the clubhouse. There were a few existing issues and Pressure Point was able to fix, replace, repair and prevent future incidents. All of the work was done in a timely manner with daily clean-ups and regular check-ins with updates and to make sure everything was going well for us. read more
