They have the most unprofessional staff at the Pottstown facility. Greg the pharmacist was extremely short with me and yelled at me in front of other customers. Then Bonnie started yelling too using profanities. I asked her if she treats all her patients this way and her response was "only ones like you". I asked her what that meant and both her and Greg blatantly ignored me like a child . I cannot believe the unprofessionalism of this pharmacy. Please please please don't go here unless you want to be treated like a piece of crap.

My doctor's office sent the prescription over more than 24 hours ago, so I sent my spouse to pick it up. He was told that I wasn't in the system and that they hadn't received anything. I called my doctor's office, and they confirmed that the prescription had been sent. When I called the pharmacy back, I was then told that they were not accepting new patients for this medication so they just filed it. So how am I not in their system? That was surprising, especially since they filled the exact same medication for my child just last week without any issues. At no point did anyone call to let me know there was a problem. Initially, we were simply told the prescription hadn't been received. There also didn't seem to be any concern that I was now out of a medication I've taken daily for years. I make a point of supporting local businesses whenever I can instead of larger chains, but based on this experience, this won't be the pharmacy our family of five chooses going forward.

I know what you are thinking... how can you have a wonderful experience picking out a wheelchair.... the answer: the people who work there! They were amazing, kind, warm people. They helped me choose the best wheelchair that met my grandmothers needs and I really enjoyed talking to them. If you need any kind of healthcare products I would go here. They also told me that they install elevators and stair thingies (you know the thing that slowly gives people a ride up the stairs). If my grandmother had stairs in her house we would have absolutely used Hess Healthcare for one of these things. In sum, go here. The people who work here were really nice, helpful and not pushy!

The salesperson rushed us, sold us a product that was the wrong size, and told us we could adjust if we needed to. We spent $200 on a walker. (Ps they don't take Medicare.). Before long we realized the walker was the wrong size. My mom has to bend all the way over the handlebars to use it. We go to adjust it and it's NOT adjustable. We take the walker back, explain the situation and they refused to acknowledge they gave the wrong guidance about the walker size, and it's ability to be adjusted. Now we have a new $200 walker that my mom cannot use. And they offered zero help or resolution.. Won't go back.
